the doctrine of eternal torment was not mentioned to Adam and Eve, nor to Cain when he murdered his brother nor to the Antedeluvians who perished in flood waters nor to Sodom and Gommorrah for their great sin - for 2500 years God made no mention of it. Then came the Patriarchal period and the giving of the Law - no mention of a place of eternal damnation/ torment here either. Praise God!

@etherform66 You don't seem to understand that the Bible is a complete book given to us by divine progressive revelation over 1400 years by 40 different writers living in various time periods & different places. God reveals what He wants & when He wants (Deuteronomy 29:29). New Testament writers, for instance, give us much more detailed information about the Jewish Messiah than do the Old Testament writers. @reader24 Since the Bible focuses on grace not race & sin not skin we generally do not mention ethnicity in relation to skin tone. As far as the Bible is concerned the color of your skin does not matter (Old Testament & New Testament). The main division mentioned Biblically is "Jews" & "Gentiles" not blacks & whites. There is something called "Afrocentrism" which promotes theories & myths about the subject you mentioned but can't be proven. "Alternatives to Afrocentrism" is a good book on this.

Instead of studying the issue carefully, such as the Jewish Talmud which says that Jesus is a false prophet (Sanhedrin 43a, p. 281-282) & is now being punished in HELL in "boiling excrement" for "mocking the Rabbis" (Gittin 56b, 57a, pp.260-261), you come up with this nonsense about the Jews. So... sin will stay alive forever and ever ?

Or will sin be destroyed... and the wicked will be destroyed in the eternal lake of fire, but will one be aware of the punishment forever and ever while the length of life is only 100 years at best ?
