You just keep hittin the little pins, and since it can't break, you will always get in to whatever you want to get inm too, very useful for quests with hard locked doors, like the "Scheduled for Execution" Dark BrotherHood quest, wehre there's a hard locked door.

A useful lockpicking tip-

If you are low on lockpicks and are picking a difficult lock, whenever a tumbler goes to the top, hit auto-attempt instead of A. I f done correctly, it should make all the tumblers go up instead of just one. it works like 98% of the time for me.

It's the Shrine of Nocturnal, which is north of Leyawiin. You have to return the eye of Nocturnal stolen by two thieves, then she gives you the skeleton key.
