Neat idea. I've been thinking about making something like this cuz it would be large enough to put egg turners in. Think if you put a window in the door you'd lose a lot of heat ? How would you suggest doing that ?

if you do a windoe id use plexi oe lexan i would use 2 pcs one inside one outside and seal it real good... hope this helps

i just get an esky with 4 hot steamy cups of hot water every hour then pour it back into kettle and re boil.

if you want you can but i run mine about 2 degrees cooler the box stays about 88 to 89 i use digital thermometers with probes to moniter the inside temp
