These things, "evidences" as you suggest, all have plausible well understood scientific explanation for their existence. God, however, does not. We do not hold the required evidence for this hypothesis higher than we would for any other hypothesis. Additionally, your "evidence" that things exist therefore god did it provides no insight whatsoever as to which god is the correct one. So, yes, evidence is required.

Also the King James version even clearly states that, "If a man find a damsel, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her," he must marry her. That does not mean they had consensual sex. To "lay hold" on someone during the time the book was written meant to force yourself on someone. It was at the time called to "quaint" a woman.
You should read the books the King James version of the Bible was based upon, such as the Vulgate, or the Vulger as I like to call it. It's even more disgusting than the updated translations. And yes, the verse remains even before the Vulgate's time that God commanded his rape victim's death or marriage to her attacker.

And blood happens to come along with death. Thus, blood is required as a propitiation for our sins. Since God loved us enough not to make us go to Hell, He provided a way for us to escape for the Lord Jesus Christ. Those people who deny God's gift will have to end up in Hell forever and ever.
Again, we will not always understand God. There are many things that we have to believe by faith. Not everything in the Bible can be picked and reasoned through. Some things must be believed by faith. Afterall, we will never fully understand the Lord God.

I agree. Also if I were to tell someone who had offended me that they had to give their life to me and serve me in order for me to forgive them that wouldn't be forgiveness. That would be them paying for what they had done. Forgiveness is letting go of an offense w/o expecting anything in return.

Question: How does Christianity deal with the fact that there are other religions which predate Christianity?; for example the Native Americans had various religious beliefs not to mention other pagan religions. I see it this way; Christianity is the only religion that does not promote salvation by works. It is the only religion in which we can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I am saved; and for this fact I know that Christianity is the ONE way. It is a relationship, not a religion. Religion is by works--Christianity is a relationship that does not require works for our salvation.
Thats good and all but what happens to those who existed before Christianity? Are they in purgatory like the catholics claim ? or do they get a free ride to heaven? Also, there are people who dying at the moment who never heard the gospel does that mean they go to hell, it hardly seems fair for them to go to hell. Now if they go to heaven because they did not know about the gospel then what is the point of evangelism? This is quite a contradiction in my view.
The people who lived before Christ get saved the same way we do.. They have FAITH. Faith that God would send a saviour just as he promised, just like we have faith that the saviour has already come.
And people don't go to hell because they never heard of Jesus, they go to hell because they have SINNED. A conscience is something everyone has, regardless of what they have been taught, and the conscience is something that lines up directly with God's divine law.

Also, there are people who die right now who have never heard Jesus to be "saved" or even been given the chance to, how is it justice that they go to hell?
Believe me I understand exactly what you mean. I don't really know how people that have never heard of Jesus could ever be saved, but the problem isn't that they deserve to be saved. Even Christians deserve to go to hell. It's because God is so kind that he provided a way out. That way HE gets the glory, and the praise, and we as humans can't boast about it.

There is nothing in the Bible you should ignore. The Bible Is God's word. He speaks to us through the Bible. Why would you want to ignore anything God Says? I wish I could prove my point better, for your sake. My Church does wonderful things. Feed the poor, Rebuild homes, Mission trips to 3rd world countries, Help for battered women ETC. These things, "evidences" as you suggest, all have plausible well understood scientific explanation for their existence. God, however, does not. We do not hold the required evidence for this hypothesis higher than we would for any other hypothesis. Additionally, your "evidence" that things exist therefore god did it provides no insight whatsoever as to which god is the correct one. So, yes, evidence is required.

That does not mean they had consensual sex. To "lay hold" on someone during the time the book was written meant to force yourself on someone. It was at the time called to "quaint" a woman.

Why would God require blood for a sacrifice? Well, the wages of sin is death. (Rom. 6:23)
And blood happens to come along with death. Thus, blood is required as a propitiation for our sins. Since God loved us enough not to make us go to Hell, He provided a way for us to escape for the Lord Jesus Christ. Those people who deny God's gift will have to end up in Hell forever and ever.

Mary did not get pregnant by Joseph. That is why she did not get stoned. Haven't you heard of the virgin birth? Mary was still a virgin once she conceived Christ Jesus. So there was no need for he to be stoned.

Angela, I'd also like to point out, that if the Hebrews who saw Mary pregnant... been told that she carried the son of god or that she was pregnant out of wedlock, that she would have been killed per the bible's instructions. So basically, god set up a plan that forced people to disobey him for it to come to fruition.

Those words have not come directly from me. They have come from the Bible. I am telling people how they can escape the wrath to come. That should motivate them to turn to Christ, not away from Christ. I never said "You are going to Hell" and left it at that. If you would bother listening to my video you may find out what I was actually offering: hope.

I AM AWARE OF THAT, THANK YOU FOR THE WITCHY COMEBACK! however, people get freaked out by "the wrath to come"....im SUGGESTING that you START by saying something a little less DRAMATIC...shoving HELL and "the WRATH to come" right down unbelievers throats will scare the hell out of them....however, to a believer of 16 years, I can understand your message....

I did not shove Hell down anybody's throat. That is a bunch of nonsence. I simply stated "It is impossible for anybody to appease God with his own merits". I mentioned Hell, and then I quickly added that God was not unloving...He made a way for us to escape. I did not "shove" Hell down anyone's throat---I'll say that again. I think you are stretching it a bit. If you want me to pet sinners on their backs and soothe their fear, you are talking to the wrong person.

Question: How does Christianity deal with the fact that there are other religions which predate Christianity?; for example the Native Americans had various religious beliefs not to mention other pagan religions. I grew up Christian myself and I have never really gotten a straight answer on this one, please respond with an intelligent answer whether you are an atheist,agnostic or theist.

I suppose you are asking how a Christian can be sure that Christianity is THE religion.
I see it this way; Christianity is the only religion that does not promote salvation by works. It is the only religion in which we can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I am saved; and for this fact I know that Christianity is the ONE way. It is a relationship, not a religion. Religion is by works--Christianity is a relationship that does not require works for our salvation.

Thats good and all but what happens to those who existed before Christianity? Are they in purgatory like the catholics claim ? or do they get a free ride to heaven? Also, there are people who dying at the moment who never heard the gospel does that mean they go to hell, it hardly seems fair for them to go to hell. Now if they go to heaven because they did not know about the gospel then what is the point of evangelism? This is quite a contradiction in my view.

The people who lived before Christ get saved the same way we do.. They have FAITH. Faith that God would send a saviour just as he promised, just like we have faith that the saviour has already come.
And people don't go to hell because they never heard of Jesus, they go to hell because they have SINNED. A conscience is something everyone has, regardless of what they have been taught, and the conscience is something that lines up directly with God's divine law.

So the old testament was written only for Jews to become right with God through sacrificing ? All other people are basically screwed over right? Also, there are people who die right now who have never heard Jesus to be "saved" or even been given the chance to, how is it justice that they go to hell?

Believe me I understand exactly what you mean. I don't really know how people that have never heard of Jesus could ever be saved, but the problem isn't that they deserve to be saved. Even Christians deserve to go to hell. It's because God is so kind that he provided a way out. That way HE gets the glory, and the praise, and we as humans can't boast about it.

no a good conscience is not inherint. a conscience is formed from your experiences and what you have been taught. if you are raised doing one thing your whole life, you are not going to do the opposite some day because some inherint conscience tells you so.

People repent all the time because they realise they have been fighting their conscience all their lives, and they don't want to experience Gods wrath. That's how I got saved, you should have seen how horrible I was (on second thought maybe not)
