Conflict is necessary, generates change. Change is required to learn. Learning is required to evolve. Evolution is required for growth. Growth is required for us to fulfil our missions here in the physical,namely gathering experience to take back with us when we dump the apesuit. We are all spirits having a physical experience. The body is the most immediate relationship of our yin to our consciousness yang. The "physical" body is like an antenna that picks up the unique signature of our consciousness "frequency". The better we know ourselves and the better our antenna functions the more clearly we pick up our consciousness (active force) therefore the more immediate and powerful our effect in this plane. Also, mental illness is an effect of an unhealthy relationship with oneself and/or ones.
