Based on the appearance of what appear to be Batto Ho kata, and based on the geography of the event, I'd hazard a guess that this is the IMAF associated MJER dojo? It's certainly not any of the Seitokai/ZNIR affilliated groups that I'm aware of, and it doesn't look like what I've seen of students who practice Sekiguchi-sensei's flavor of MJER who have a dojo in the same area.
These guys are more than likely directly linked to Nicholas Suino. I can see all his odd peculiarites written all over their execution, especially during their weak, stop-motion kirioroshi and chiburi.
Well, that's because I'm evolved enough to not need my ego massaged by posting videos of myself performing my ryu. Besides, what good would it do anyway? Very few people can tell the difference between competently-performed iai and the dumb backyard sam-yer-eye shit most people think is authentic.
