very close.. but not the same.. it is very important to pronounce them correctly :).
this one is like the english "H"
the other one is much more stronger. it's more like you are trying to clear your throat, the air actually scratches your throat

well almost.. They are all in the same family but the idea is if you pronounce a soft ح it will sound like هـ
which is not the case for خ.
