Besides, I think for Tolkien the pureness of a line is an important feature and somehow just the "chosen ones" matter. That is, the lines of the rightful kings and so on.
I would give all my DVD collection away to look like Luthien.

very beautiful, but you should use one of the LOTR movie-soundtracks, for example "Into the west" or "The breaking of the fellowshp". 5 stars anyway!
