Romney supporters need to watch this video. Romney has 42 Billionaire backers, Obama has 30, Newt has 4, Santorum has 1, and Ron Paul has 0. Which from the list would be for the rich and Rip us off Banksters. In the past you could always see how someone would be like in elected office from the Money donors, no change here. All will work to enslave us farther with debt except one, which is Ron Paul. He had predicted the housing crisis 6 years before it happened, and tried to warn us.
@johnptg Thank you for grasping the only real issue. Here. in Amerika, it is a corporation's only responsibility to make a handsome profit for the investors. If an emerging nation's natural resources get exploited and the water supply made toxic or even depleted, well, that's just tough noogies. And if you don't make enough profit, T Boon Pickens, or wtf his name is in Texas, and the Koch brothers, and Carl Icaan, to name just a few profiteers, will sue your ass and sell off the parts.
Thank You, Damon Vrabel for your contribution to the liberty movement. Regardless of what happens in the future people like myself will remember these videos that helped to awaken so many.
@CaliCal68 Yes, along with the graduated income tax. I just hope the shit doesn't hit the fan before Ron Paul becomes the President and has at least a chance to dismantle this corrupt system. America and freedom, FIRST!!
Ok, though I agree the Fed is ruining the economy... but the fact that 'we' can purchase and/or invest in the bond market... I think it punches a small hole in this theory...
@ElCangri137 Most of those markets require a 1-5 million dollar minimum to invest in. It's set up to be only playable by the already rich. You will never get anywhere in a low risk low reward
Baseless. No actual numbers or data to support his theory and therefore was not appropriately researched to support such claims. Is he really a HBS grad?
@dbielenberg This is a lot of conspiracy theory claptrap with shadowy, sinister puppetmasters pulling the strings for historical events. The only thing that's missing is the accusation that those meanie international bankers are of the Hebrew persuasion. Moreover, when I hear someone ranting and raving about banks and corporations holding us all in their thrall, I usually smell a Bolshie rat behind it.
@dbielenberg Whoa, another troll. Maybe the author is attempting to summarize 300 YEARS (!!!) of complex social development in less than 10 minutes you idiot. Maybe he's assuming his audience is smart enough to have done some reading on their own, sufficient to discern a clear, simple, (not simplistic) explanation which the academic types are completely incapable of providing, because that would empower us to see so we no longer rely on their empty logic and your well-paid-for propaganda.
Ok I do like up to lesson 6 part 2. Then we enter in a libertarian system drove by a so-called "sovereign currency".
It seems to me that the author unable to understand that times and timing are different just forgot to think about Middle Age currencies when feudalism allowed to have each higher member of the nobility to issue its own currencies with its personal (and variable) gold title.
Should we return to the very same deregulated same mess?

Thank you Damon. You & Ellen Brown("Web of Debt") remain the two best educators on the priesthood of money. As Michael Ruppert says, "until you change the way money works, you change nothing." So much for Obamas pledge about real change. Sorry to hear you retired from teaching the public. Not all of us are zombies.
The Zeitgeist Movement (TZM) brought up some Real and Tangible Solutions to ACTUALLY SOLVE OUR ECONOMICAL, SOCIAL & ECOLOGICAL CRISIS - to know more about it, watch: "Awakening - Multilang - 1/4" (short video) and "Zeitgeist Addendum". Both of them are on YouTube. The SOLUTIONS presented in both videos are already being applied and they have already been proved to work in the short and long run. It's about time to expand/spread it World Wide.
Question for OP: Were there two or three central banks before the FED? I believe the first was in 1791 behind the Rothschild funded Alexander Hamilton. The true length of the battle in the US between the people and central banking is filled with some wild history. IMO, the more we know of that history the better in helping to understand what's really going on today. Liked this series, thanks.
Federal Bonds and the Dollar are fiat currency with no real value to back them. The only growth is in government. This is because the legislators write new laws that implicitly serve the banking industry. In turn, the central (FED) and peripheral banks completely support political campaigns and lobby. The result will be direct government ownership of all property including food, water and air. "THE PEOPLE" WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS WHATSOEVER!
What's happening in Ireland? Is it just a question of interest rates and borrowing or is it a question of who's going to pay all the interest rates on the bonds _and_ buy them back when all of the big finance institutions want out of them and get better return in Chinese slave labour, Gold or other financial "instruments" or what?
money is only necessary as convenience, it is not meant to be hoarded. It facilitates industry, but after a point it holds back society from evolving. This is because compiling surplus is dependent on the suppression of new technology to preserve the status quo. capitalism depends on scarcity to exist. The sum total of energy must remain is short supply to retain value. we live in an economy that is dependent on hydrocarbon to survive. therefore advances are routinely trounced.
Great videos I just watched them all. I'm going to include all of these in my Survival Bros website because this is the best explanation I have found on the web. Good Work! THUMBS UP PEOPLE!
This is not a bold statement. A bold statement would be a list of these scalawags' names and addresses. I want to know who owns me and I want to look him in the eye. It ought to be a basic human right. I look where I want to look. My owner and me got a few things to discuss.
Your presentation leaves out one consideration that makes this whole engine continue. That is the American Sheeple. Each time a sheeple does anything: work, buy, sell or engage in any type of economic activity they are engaging in a VALUE for VALUE transaction. As a nation becomes lazy and stupid as the US has become, sheeple lose their understanding that money should be spent wisely. They lose their understanding of cause and effect and so vote Dum or Repeub. This is a NATURAL Outcome of STUPIDITY.
Very good vid. Did you know most banks have no more than couple thousand banknotes in them also? Lol. ATM machines probably have more banknotes than the bank buildings. What if we all went to our banks and demanded the cash from our accoutns? Hmm.... I wonder why it's so hard to get people to do this?
so well done. Thank you for this as I will be spreading it as best I can. You break things down very logically and as you even said, without theatrics & such. I feel this helps the message get across significantly compared to other sources I've come across.
As I'm watching this video...Bush is signing his book on TV .. the selling point... him supporting Waterboarding .. it's legal.. because layers said it was.. in other words ..Bush is a c**t till someone stops him..
I just wish you Americans would undrstand that its all over the world and not just Americe because you are falling into to trap of devide installed into the rest of the world that the Yanks think they are the only country in the world! Its is clever tool used to discredit Americe and you all fall for it so wake up my fellow human being brother and love your niegbours ;o)
every american or person who calls themselves free needs to watch these videos. why dont they show this on the news? it saddens me to know that all of this will probably end in a nuclear holocaust.
When you talk about the laws created that allow corporate expansion and the breakdown of state power, do you happen to know which laws those are or what they specifically state?
Just a general information seeking question I'm interested in knowing the answer to if you have it.
@OhDigit the 14th Amendment, which reversed the character and origin of US citizenship. Prior to that, a "person" (=corporation, consult Black's Law Dic.) was a US citizen by virtue of his citizen of a particular state. Also see the 1871 Organic Act which created a corporation called "United States" which was a govenment intended to rule over the 10 sq. mi. parcel of land called district of Columbia, and all "Federal Zones." "United States of America" is country,"United States" a corporation
@OhDigit Also, if you look in the United States Code, specifically 28 U.S.C. sec. 3002, you will discover that "United States" means a "federal corporation." Its really amazing how they write this stuff right into the code because they know that nobody, or almost nobody, ever reads it. Native Americans are also still referred to as "Indians" in the US Code, which should tell you that these people still operate according to 19th Century imperialist thinking, its embedded in thier language.
"It is not a sovereign government because it is indebted to the banks." With that stated, the pyramid as shown has to be modified, due to the fact that the elite banking layer & MNCs are in control. In essence they are the government. The fascistic transition is now complete, but the power of the banks & corporations is yet to fully assume the position sovereignty. All the trappings of a representative government IS a facade now, as it is presented to the public.
Excellent, excellent video. This touches on many of the aspects that I have been stating for some time now. The old cliches and social norms slogans such as: "If you don't vote you have no right to complain" and "working class hero", not only are inapplicable, but are meant as Orwellian slogans to indoctrinate the citizens, mainly middle class, into believing in nobility of their slavery.
Have you checked out freedomainradio with Stefan Molynieux, and his video called the End of Statism? Think it's on youtube. You're both coming at the same angles, and he also deals with some psychology as well. If you're not aware of each other then it would be interesting to see what you think.
Great videos by the way, very informative-if only this was taught in economics to people at 16....

what a fantastic video!!!!!!!!!! wow, i was smiling and noding my head when i was hearing you explain the reality of the fraud that is 'our' money and banking system. I am saying 'our' because its not ours, its theirs. the owners own it.
In the decline of the Roman Empire, which was never conquered by the way, the saying was "Bread and Circuses". In other words, keep the people fed and entertained and their lives can be stolen away without them knowing it. Do yourself a favor, watch all the lessons and understand how America and all other nations are controlled!
You're going to need to update this diagram with a health insurance siphon to go along-side those tax and interest siphons within 3.6586 years. thanks!
Yes, the world is a mess. Yes, we have institutions in place that are flawed, in some cases like the monetary system, dangerously so. But the fact is that the world today is a better place than it ever was and the world is getting better all the time. There are no secret cabals of insanely evil men that control the world. The flawed institutions we live with 'evolved' over time into the systems we now have in place, they were not created that way by decree by the Illuminati.
I think I see what you mean about the bottom layers being "expendable". Why loan money to the low layers when you can simply loan to the Gov't and let the Gov't collect taxes to pay the interest.
Councilonsper, your pyramid nowhere places the federal government, which created the Federal Reserve and banking cartel. It works hand in hand with Wall Street and acts as the policing agency to keep we the serfs in line. Surely the federal enablers and bloated federal bureaucracy including enforcement and judicial system should be with the bankers and crony multi-nationals in the 2nd layer.
hi councilonsper, this video actually made me think about what Karl Marx said about "Capitalism" and it's more or less the same as you show in the pyramid, with the private owners, la bourgeoisie, controlling the means of production(the banks and fed), and the government as the mean of the bourgeoisie to control the workers(the people), it's not totally the same but i think the analogy is pretty clear, what do you think about that?
@Gucho123 - checkout lesson 5 part 2. In my view, the private owners are not the bourgeois. The owners are the ruling class...they don't work. The bourgeois are the oblivious corporate servants working for them. The owners like to pit the proletariat against the bourgeois so they can stay safely hidden.
councilonsper wrote: "The owners are the ruling class...they don't work."
To expand upon that excellent observation, what's really incredible is that the wealthiest people on the planet are actually non-producers. They don't make or create any physical products. They are parasitic leeches that let others do the work of inventing, toil, blood, sweet, and tears.
"They" are the International Bankers and their families, and they sit there at get richer every second - without lifting a finger.
@councilonsper hey man... I've been looking for this kind of thing to explain the British system. I assume it's totally the same, but can't really find an explanation as good as this. Could you give some insight on the uk system?
@Joker9588 You ask how does he know there are owners. lol He explained it very clearly: The Fed basically owns everythng and the Fed is privately owned. Don't you understand the concept of private ownership ? It means in the end the private banks that own the Fed eventually themselves are owned by real flesh and blood people- masters of the world.
@Gucho123 The problems with America has to do with fascism also called corporatism, that isn't capitalism, capitalism calls for free markets and competition. Socialism is the road to surfdom like FA Hayek mentioned.
@chjoezen .The republic didnt work because we were immoral so we changed to the democracy. The democracy hasnt worked because we are immoral, so the next step of governance is tyranny. That wont work because the commoners dont like tyranny. So the country will probably breakup and retrace back to a republic type of government based on Godly values. THen the process will again repeat. i may be out on a limb
The "too big to fail" argument reminds me of the argument that slave owners used to use against abolitionists; "if we free the slaves, they won't be able to take care of themselves... they need us."
What TheSilverWatch said, All the U.S Dollar is, is a piece of paper with ink on it and it has value because the gov't says it does, but with the Gov't printing so much money the dollar is going to be worthless soon (maybe not worthless but definatly a hyper inflation). So instead of saving up somthing that might eventually lose its value (Like every other paper currency has) buy Gold and Silver which will always keep its value, id recommend silver because its very underpriced right now.
Good material. Sucks it appeared only now. The Russians already had everything converted to video material in 2004. Prior to that it existed in printing. it should be also mentioned that this 'vertical machine' also sucks-in money=(or ability to buy yourself out of debt) by the interest-mechanism.
as pf. bernd senf claims, those who have higher interest-earinings then the interest-cost (the elite) suck-in the money out of the markets from those who have higher interest-costs the interest-earnings (the people).
9:17 that' what i've been saying for years. those who don't undersand money are illiterate and shouldn't be listened to.
Good lesson. but I dont believe the statement9:15 "historians and textbooks miss this..." Their system of control has reached the main stream media, and mass publishing companies so the info simply wasnt avaiable, or very very hard to find. The Internet boom w/ its technologies like youtube changed all of that...
In sum, despite the (exaggerated) difference between Jefferson & Hamiltonian systems, this is a good video.
The FED's CREATION of TRILLIONS of dollars of "Fiat Money" (As NY Fed President, Tim Geithner dished out $630 BILLION - in ONE WEEK ALONE- (search for "Fed Pumps Further $630 Billion Into Financial System")
is a CARTEL MONEY TRUST of exactly the sort the SHERMAN ANTI-TRUST ACT sought to reign in - 100 years ago!
The profit component of the system alone creates and reinforces the pyramid, and therefore actualizes the inevitable disparity between wealth and poverty. Intervening actions may temporarily modify the configuration of a society utilizing this model, but profit will ultimately lead to an unequal and lopsided accumulation of wealth. The reason usury is so objectionable, is precisely because it is profit. It's just chastised because it's labeled as unearned, but nonetheless, it is profit.
I also want to add another solution. Tell People. Don't worry if they call you a conspiracy nut. To see the chains is to walk away. If a person doesn't see the chains, they cannot be freed.
Today's Wall Street BRIBERY, INTIMIDATION & OWNERSHIP of Congress & Obama - obama & Pelosi (AND Republicans) handing out TRILLIONS of "bailouts" WITHOUT GIVING US AN AUDIT of FAILED (but for bailouts) banks - is INSANE! Much less FAILING to AUDIT the Fed, whose FIAT MONEY created credit BUBBLES in real estate & stocks, which FREE MONEY to Big Bankers allows them to PREY ON, "Economic Hit Man" style, every productive asset in the world
It was EastIndiaTeaCo MONOPOLY _extortion_ of American colonialists, in concert with ARROGANT & ABUSIVE Royal army & Governor overlords, that drove America's heretofore LOYAL colonists to REBELLION. Also, the LONDON BANKERS wanted to IMPOSE _THEIR_ FIAT MONEY on America - ANOTHER extortion device. FIAT MONEY at the Fed is the ROOT of the Wall Street Cartel's ATTACKS on America's savings & economy today
We Americans KNOW this system: It was the East India Tea Co. _ROYAL MONOPOLY_ on ALL trade from British ports, SQUEEZING small American shipping companies (& manufacturers) OUT of lucrative markets. EITco of course an ANGLO-SAXON corporation which LED the British CONQUEST (with PRIVATE EITco armies) of India... & LED the BRITISH "Opium War" to FORCE China to import Opium, British "traders" FORCING China to import Opium
@sugarpuddin88 - "The banking oligarchs killed the goose that laid the golden egg - It is over for the Anglo-Saxons (cept those who avoided the central bankers like Norway)" very good, SP - When Big Media today uses the words, "FREE MARKETS" it is a PROPAGANDA TERM to mean the DIAMETRICAL OPPOSITE of "FREE markets" - - what they mean, is Markets where the LARGEST, wealthiest, most connected Corporations can BRIBE the government, to allow MONOPOLIES.
I'll echo NeddL's comment below... you forgot to mention that "Jeffersonian ideals", and his agrarian system for the Deep South, were based on _slavery_, and highly brutalized slave labor. Ron Chernow's biography of Hamilton captures this propaganda inversion: because slavery was strictly "off limits" for discussion the Southern autocrats who had cheap labor by the whip were free to portray Hamilton & his "American system" as the tool of ruthless bankers and Big City men;

Does is not look like Hamilton's "American system" is broke? It's not a "great emancipator" as we are all debt slaves to the bankers now, as is clearly shown in the videos. You carry a fiat currency that they decide whether it is worth anything or not. The national debt keeps increasing because that's how they get leverage. Really, you should watch all the videos because you would know most of this already.
If you don't feel that this is possible, search for Haliburton exposed, Carlyle Group exposed, Blackwater Exposed, and America: Freedom to Fascism. Can you see those groups formed in a truly free society?
Now he did imply that this is a republic where the presidents are supposed to go with the majority of the population. We are supposed to be a republic, but we are not a society that is supposed to be ruled by majority rules. That would be a Democracy, not a republic. Everyone's rights are supposed to be protected, not the majority. This information, unlike your comment, actually pertains to the subject at hand.
@chjoezen Oh...now I get your point. I only made that point to wake people up who are brainwashed that this is a democracy that this is clearly not a democracy. So, the republic has been nearly killed, and the supposed democracy doesn't work either. Why? We're in an empire, a financial dictatorship to be precise (anyone who thinks that's an extreme label hasn't been paying attention since 2008).
I am also thinking we might want to abandon both Hamiltonian and Jeffersonian and come up with a solution that will truly equalize the powers between Federal and State government, as the powers of the branches are supposed to be. Not sure if they are, but they should all have equally balanced powers as one can't bully the other.
@chjoezen I don't think the problem is Jefferson and Hamilton, i.e. the Constitution they created. We would have the balance you're looking for if the financial powers didn't own DC. The system would have reset in 71, 80, 87, 98, 08 and pushed power back to states if DC didn't do the bidding of Wall Street / Fed. We should have a system that ebbs and flows. We don't thanks to the Fed cartel.
@vvvci This is establishment justification for their empire system. Chernow is establishment. He writes for elite interests. He did a nice job making Rockefeller, Morgan, etc. look like angels.
The establishment has worked to destroy all Jeffersonian authority so people like me can't have rational discussions about it, and you repeat their talking points. His ideals were NOT based on slavery, but on distributed power...ideals poorly implemented since slavery was common among Brit aristocracy
I think the one thing you failed to mention from the beginning is that we are a republic and not a democracy. Majority isn't supposed to rule as you have been trained to think. If 51% rules over 49% then there is no freedom. In a republic, everyone is supposed to be guaranteed equal rights under the Constitution.
@chjoezen Seems like you didn't watch the video. I explained the power structure of a republic and used that word multiple times as I illustrated how the power structures in a republic were killed.
I know you used the word republic and what it means economically. But you start out this particular video as saying and I quote "where the population rules", but no one rules in a Republic.
@chjoezen But again when I said "the population rules" I was pointing out how what American History tries to teach us is wrong, i.e. the propaganda we get is false. Not only is it false because as you correctly point out we're not supposed to have a democracy, but it's also false because DC does nothing the people want, so democracy is a ruse.
However, "consent of the governed" was embodied in the values of the Declaration. The key is to differentiate that vs. mob rule democracy.
@councilonsper@chjoezen .The republic didnt work because we were immoral so we changed to the democracy. The democracy hasnt worked because we are immoral, so the next step of governance is tyranny. That wont work because the commoners dont like tyranny. So the country will probably breakup and retrace back to a republic type of government based on Godly values. The banking oligarchs killed the goose that laid the golden egg - It is over for the Anglo-Saxons (cept those who avoided the central bankers like Norway)
Unfunded SS & Medicare debt = 102 Trillion
Plundered from other Fed Trusts = 57 - 67 Trillion (see hodges report)
Owed private bankers who print money = 25 Trillion
GAO est of FED Gov costs for next 9 years = 45 Trillion
Thanks Damon for for this really great series! This information is much needed to bring out. Looking at how fractional reserve banking works, it's so obvious that it's a pyramid game that can only crash in the end. I believe it's a good idea you have discussing it without an emotional overload and instead just look at the simple mechanics behind money creation and it's implications.
Hi jb, yes that's clearly being setup, but it will take a while. Much chaos will happen in the meantime, i.e. the situation in Greece will likely multiply in different forms across most western countries including the US. I'll talk about it in lesson 5.
Of course, the Fed already is a global central bank since the USD is the global standard. But the structure is being redesigned now by the top banks and G20 economists.
Hi Nedd, the purpose of lesson 1 was to explain in 10 short minutes a very limited proposition--that the republic has converted into a financial empire. While the genocide was tragic and a horrible mark on American history, it just wasn't within this scope. I do mention the empire's affect on native Americans and other indigenous populations in lesson 4 part 4.
What a load of BS. While I agree we have been abused and taken advantage of by the Financial sector, and Wall Street is crawling with crooks, this model of his is a figment of his imagination. No relationship to reality......
Romney supporters need to watch this video. Romney has 42 Billionaire backers, Obama has 30, Newt has 4, Santorum has 1, and Ron Paul has 0. He makes some excellent points but he misses the real problem which is our economic system.
We have a system where people invest capital in order to make a profit. Everything else flows logically from that point.
Our economic system doesn't encourage an efficient/fair banking system it encourages a profitable one.
Our economic system doesn't encourage people to lead interesting lives with deep/meaningful relationships. It encourages profitable workers.

When you talk about the laws created that allow corporate expansion and the breakdown of state power, do you happen to know which laws those are or what they specifically state?
Just a general information seeking question I'm interested in knowing the answer to if you have it.
OhDigit 1 year ago
@OhDigit the 14th Amendment, which reversed the character and origin of US citizenship. Prior to that, a "person" (=corporation, consult Black's Law Dic.) was a US citizen by virtue of his citizen of a particular state. Also see the 1871 Organic Act which created a corporation called "United States" which was a govenment intended to rule over the 10 sq. mi. parcel of land called district of Columbia, and all "Federal Zones." "United States of America" is country,"United States" a corporation
IamianaimaI 1 year ago

All the trappings of a representative government IS a facade now, as it is presented to the public.

hi councilonsper, this video actually made me think about what Karl Marx said about "Capitalism" and it's more or less the same as you show in the pyramid, with the private owners, la bourgeoisie, controlling the means of production(the banks and fed), and the government as the mean of the bourgeoisie to control the workers(the people), it's not totally the same but i think the analogy is pretty clear, what do you think about that?
Gucho123 1 year ago 4
@Gucho123 - checkout lesson 5 part 2. In my view, the private owners are not the bourgeois. The owners are the ruling class...they don't work. The bourgeois are the oblivious corporate servants working for them. The owners like to pit the proletariat against the bourgeois so they can stay safely hidden.
councilonsper 1 year ago 33
councilonsper wrote: "The owners are the ruling class...they don't work."

@Joker9588 You ask how does he know there are owners. lol He explained it very clearly: The Fed basically owns everythng and the Fed is privately owned.

I'll echo NeddL's comment below... you forgot to mention that "Jeffersonian ideals", and his agrarian system for the Deep South, were based on _slavery_, and highly brutalized slave labor. Ron Chernow's biography of Hamilton captures this propaganda inversion: because slavery was strictly "off limits" for discussion the Southern autocrats who had cheap labor by the whip were free to portray Hamilton & his "American system" as the tool of ruthless bankers and Big City men;

This information, unlike your comment, actually pertains to the subject at hand.
chjoezen 1 year ago
@chjoezen Oh...now I get your point. I only made that point to wake people up who are brainwashed that this is a democracy that this is clearly not a democracy. So, the republic has been nearly killed, and the supposed democracy doesn't work either. Why? We're in an empire, a financial dictatorship to be precise (anyone who thinks that's an extreme label hasn't been paying attention since 2008).
councilonsper 1 year ago
@councilonsper
Agreed.
chjoezen 1 year ago
@vvvci
I am also thinking we might want to abandon both Hamiltonian and Jeffersonian and come up with a solution that will truly equalize the powers between Federal and State government, as the powers of the branches are supposed to be. Not sure if they are, but they should all have equally balanced powers as one can't bully the other.
chjoezen 1 year ago
@chjoezen I don't think the problem is Jefferson and Hamilton, i.e. the Constitution they created. We would have the balance you're looking for if the financial powers didn't own DC. The system would have reset in 71, 80, 87, 98, 08 and pushed power back to states if DC didn't do the bidding of Wall Street / Fed. We should have a system that ebbs and flows. We don't thanks to the Fed cartel.
But what do you propose?
councilonsper 1 year ago
@councilonsper
Wait and see if others wake up I guess. If people wake up, the system will hopefully fix itself, without the use of violence.
chjoezen 1 year ago
@vvvci This is establishment justification for their empire system. Chernow is establishment. He writes for elite interests. He did a nice job making Rockefeller, Morgan, etc. look like angels.
The establishment has worked to destroy all Jeffersonian authority so people like me can't have rational discussions about it, and you repeat their talking points. His ideals were NOT based on slavery, but on distributed power...ideals poorly implemented since slavery was common among Brit aristocracy
councilonsper 1 year ago
I think the one thing you failed to mention from the beginning is that we are a republic and not a democracy. Majority isn't supposed to rule as you have been trained to think. If 51% rules over 49% then there is no freedom. In a republic, everyone is supposed to be guaranteed equal rights under the Constitution.
chjoezen 1 year ago
@chjoezen Seems like you didn't watch the video. I explained the power structure of a republic and used that word multiple times as I illustrated how the power structures in a republic were killed.
councilonsper 1 year ago
@councilonsper
I know you used the word republic and what it means economically. But you start out this particular video as saying and I quote "where the population rules", but no one rules in a Republic.
chjoezen 1 year ago
Everyone is given a certain set of responsibilities. The voters, the president, congress, the supreme court do not rule the land.
chjoezen 1 year ago
@chjoezen But again when I said "the population rules" I was pointing out how what American History tries to teach us is wrong, i.e. the propaganda we get is false. Not only is it false because as you correctly point out we're not supposed to have a democracy, but it's also false because DC does nothing the people want, so democracy is a ruse.
However, "consent of the governed" was embodied in the values of the Declaration. The key is to differentiate that vs. mob rule democracy.

That wont work because the commoners dont like tyranny. So the country will probably breakup and retrace back to a republic type of government based on Godly values. THen the process will again repeat. i may be out on a limb

address slavery , and the solutions will come out...
constitiution is a piece of man made paper ...
constitutor means someone who shifts the debt onto a third party ..
that is what the constitution is about ..thats why it was perfected so as to move from articles to a constitution so as to later tax the people ..
14 th amendment did nt end salvery ..but gave the slaves a new owner ..
DC is a corporation holding debt slaves ..

Outstanding counterfeit Derivatives = 1.5 Quadrillion

Thanks Damon for for this really great series! This information is much needed to bring out. Looking at how fractional reserve banking works, it's so obvious that it's a pyramid game that can only crash in the end. I believe it's a good idea you have discussing it without an emotional overload and instead just look at the simple mechanics behind money creation and it's implications.
Anyway, thanks again, you made my day!

great video! do you think we're heading into a global central bank system now since the current system has run its course?
jbschmed 1 year ago
Hi jb, yes that's clearly being setup, but it will take a while. Much chaos will happen in the meantime, i.e. the situation in Greece will likely multiply in different forms across most western countries including the US. I'll talk about it in lesson 5.
Of course, the Fed already is a global central bank since the USD is the global standard. But the structure is being redesigned now by the top banks and G20 economists.

You forgot to mention how important the genocide of the native americans was to all your models! Or was that just an externality?
NeddLudd1811 1 year ago
Hi Nedd, the purpose of lesson 1 was to explain in 10 short minutes a very limited proposition--that the republic has converted into a financial empire. While the genocide was tragic and a horrible mark on American history, it just wasn't within this scope. I do mention the empire's affect on native Americans and other indigenous populations in lesson 4 part 4.

What a load of BS. While I agree we have been abused and taken advantage of by the Financial sector, and Wall Street is crawling with crooks, this model of his is a figment of his imagination. No relationship to reality......
