i can do better leaves than that! 30 second extraction also is partially to do with the machine calibration. the one at my work needs re calibrating. also how the grind is packed can make a difference. never used to drink coffee until i learnt how to make it! I work in london where the coffee is generally average so its good to surprise people here with a nice coffee.
