no wonder he's dead inside, I mean, everything he's been through - losing almost everyone he's ever cared about, trip to hell and back again, torturing souls, starting the Apocalypse, struggling with Sam's demonic side, having both heaven and hell against him and baring the world's fate on his shoulders. Plus possibly remembering all the people he has failed to save. I mean, anyone would seriously go crazy with all that, not even just get dead inside.

that ending makes me cry...i am almost starting to think dean will say yes before sam ever has the chance....but part of me also thinks that michael wants lucifer to be at his best when they fight, because half way he wants lucifer to win just as dean does whenever he fights sam...so they might wind up both being filled vessiles pretty soon...i'd cry.

@ivyM85 well, there's almost no chance it wont end sad. the actors and the director say sam and dean have to go through hell and have a butch casidy and the sundance kid ending. besides, could you really see sam and dean settiling down with a couple of kids and wives after all this? i cant. hunters philosophy: it always ends bloody and it always ends sad.
