  • TORTURE !! SHAMEFUL THAT AMERICA IS DOING IT, OUR GOV SUCKS

  • Some people just don't get it. I'm amazed at how brainwashed some people are. They see nothing wrong with the way things are going, yet they continue to walk off of the cliff without looking left or right.

  • I'm sorry who gives a f_ck if it's torture or not? it works. But furthermore, we're not doing it on children or damn puppies, we're doing this on terrorists or at least people who are withholding key information to security of this nation. We are just making America a bunch of pussies.

  • @iamspid3rman many times it's done to innocent people for so long that they confess crimes they did not commit. (like the witch hunt in the middle ages)

there are very few terrorist, they are individual lunatics, and you give away your freedoms and human rights of the whole nation so that you can feel safe about this invisible threat. fuck you and your stupid violent nature.

  • its torture!! there is no other way to look at it!

  • He lasted 5 seconds, which is typical for most who can voluntarily end it. Hitchens has nightmares from 5 seconds, one time. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was waterboarded nearly 200 times in secret by people hostile to him, for up to 45 SECONDS or more each time. 1) tell me how this isn't torture 2) tell me how his confession can be considered believable. 200 waterboardings & I would have admitted to being the mastermind behind 911 too.

  • @StevenBee2 we do it to our armed forces as training for some select groups. yeah it sucks but you are not getting beat, you are in a mind game that many people can't win. I don't see it as torcher and i think only an idoit who has no clue to what we are fighting againt will say that it is. so next time you want to think about what is right and what is wrong do and see how they treat their women and daughters. that alone is justification in my eyes.

  • Boy this is fake. 3:39 his chest is not even moving from hard breathing. after they removed his mask. Sorry he would be GASPING for air. not laying there still. nice try what a fake home made BS vid.

  • @NRATodd

Hey National Representatives of Assassins Todd:

How much Faux Noise Kool-Aid does one have to swallow to get as Reality Impaired as you are?

Search for Mancow waterboard here on youtube.

He was another Repugnican troll who used to pollute the airwaves defending torture and the Cheney Presidency. Right around the time Faux News started the whole: "It's not torture" meme that the White House fed them.

Mancow did it to shut up opponents. Watch the clip-then you'll shut up like he did.

  • lol i was watching a playlist by the band bush and this comes up...

  • I'm conservative and against water boarding.

  • Illiterate, cro-magnon, raw meat eating, repuginican lovers.

(that would be you and your ilk I'm referring to, spell master, whiney-phlegm)

  • dumb liberlals

  • @winniefleming

    Nice spelling fucktard

  • im a little but confused.... can some one help? it looked like they were only spilling a tiny bit of water on his face? like a gulp size each second or so... can he just keep his mouth shut?

  • @IstalkU22 It doesn't take much. When you're declined like that, your nasal cavity completely fills with water, then your entire upper respiratory tract. You can't blow the water out of your mouth because either the towel or plastic wrap will hold it in. You CAN'T suck any air in no matter how hard you try, so your only option is to tap out or inhale or swallow the water, which will make you choke or vomit. Then the towel goes back on, and they do it again. And again. You'll say anything.

  • @cuterluv

    how about the OBL raid?

    @abuelT

I think your numbers may be juuuussst a bit off.... maybe a whole lot off.....

  • @cuterluv Cool story brah

  • We shouldnt be torturing anyone. People shouldnt be bombing anyone. There shouldnt be any wars or anything like that. I believe we were developed to live in harmony and unite.. not divide and conquer. But will it ever change? NEVER. Sad really.

  • Look what the world is coming to. Not only is torcher un-ethical, waterboarding too? I'd love to see you pussies go see what Al-Qaeda does to our American's captured over then, then come fucking say waterboarding is over the edge.

  • @ThoseTesTis

    sigh......

    "torcher": someone that starts fires!?

You are aware that torture is:

    A) Illegal.

    B) IF you do it then others will do it to innocent citizens of your country AND your troops? You're cool with that?

    C) Leading figures who do interrogations, and YEARS of study PROVE prove that torture produces FALSE intel.

    D) Studies in Iraq+Afgh. prove US torture is Al Quaeda's #1 reason for recruits.

But those FACTS are all too Pussified for Cheney and PATRIOTS like y'all huh? wow

  • @ROOKTABULA Give me legitimate links before I believe you. What, you think we tortured Al-Qaeda FIRST, which is why they torture US? I don't think so bud. I want the facts, not opinions of pussyfied america. Next thing you know we won't be able to play football because it's too brutal. Look, they already have a rule for hitting someone in the head. It's bullshit.

And no wonder why that looked weird to me, had a huge mental lapse and spelled it "torcher" lmao I'm a joke.

  • @ThoseTesTis

I don't CARE if you "believe" these pesky, librul, FACTS.

Turn off the US media, ESPECIALLY the Repugnican TeeVee Netowrk...uhhh.. I mean Fox, and search for yourself!

It's your duty to educate yourself when you are presented with facts, not mine!

Now, you can make the 2nd standard move after "Show me, do the work for me", and write back:

"SEE!? If you it was TRUE you could show me the proof!"

    Prove me wrong please.

  • @ROOKTABULA Lol, so you'll confront me, but you're too cool to present me with proper links because it's "not your job". Seems to me like someone couldn't find anything. You know, if you WANT me to learn the "truth" you should give me some actual proof, right now it's like christianity. You're just telling me something, and you expect me to believe you?

  • @ThoseTesTis

    FauxNoiseTard.

As I said: Why would I care if you believe me OR waste my time finding articles you'll either refuse to read or deny anyhow cuz you're drunk on the Kool-aid?

Willfull ignorance is what those in power, and who abuse it, rely on.

If you can't be bothered to help yourself, why would I waste my time?

Believe whatever Hannity and Beck tell you.

    I could give 2 fux.

  • @ROOKTABULA Well you obviously care or you wouldn't even reply to my comments. Go ahead and blame Faux all you want.

  • Waterboarding happens to be one of the least permanently physically damaging forms of torture, which is why it is used. People recover after being waterboarded. But the question is not whether waterboarding is a form of torture. The question is whether any form of torture is ever ethical. I think it is naive to believe that torture is never an ethical option. As much as you would like it to be that way, sometimes it might be the only way to save millions of lives.

  • @Requinix17

Wonder why the US executed enemies who did it to American soldiers 50 or more years ago if it's so SWELL!!!

It also provides useless intel as people will say ANYTHING to stop their suffering, saying what they think their torturers want to hear.

Why don't you watch a FORMER torture cheerleading doosh who went thru it + see if you change your ignorant tune:

    Mancow Waterboard

This guy WAS a major Monkey Boy/Darth Cheney fanclub member.

Ask innocents who were tortured how they feel?

  • @ROOKTABULA I never said it wasn't torture. You completely miss the point. Also, not necessarily useless intel. After they believe that they have fulfilled their duty to God by bearing all that they can bear, many of the jihadists will fully cooperate with interrogators. This has been seen in many instances, and only in very rare cases has it had to go all the way to waterboarding (only three terrorists were waterboarded)

  • @ROOKTABULA wat the hell do u expect them to do then to ppl if they dont talk? seriously u ppl have no idea wat other countries do to torture ppl. this is nothing compared to torture over in the middle east. this stuff gets terrorists tlking and it will continue to do so and it will continually be used. If u think is torture then go protest but its not gunna stop the CIA from doing so. I think it anything should be used to get terrorists talking.

  • @ROOKTABULA u would have no idea. do u live in new york? or washington d.c.? i certainly do and if another attack happens here in ny like 9/11 id join the marines and deploy myself to torture every bastard tht had part in all attacks. this is not torture its justice and dont give everyone bullshit like oh ask the innocent ppl stfu. u live in canada go iceskating ull feel better

  • @dznutzz626

    Tool.

    It's torture.

    Not justice.

It's been used on innocent people.

    Some have died.

    That's not justice.

    That's a crime.

Or at the very least, vigilantism.

Please fek off now you illiterate, uneducated fool.

  • @ROOKTABULA some have died from torture, boo fucking hoo. Maybe those fucks should of given up whatever infromation they were witholding and for the innocent ones, it sucks but its a fact that collaterall damage happens and its a shame when it does. but crying over it and bitching about a proven method to get information is just plain retarded.

  • @Woessner1101

INNOCENT people have been killed under Bush's torture and abduction program.

Including an INNOCENT, as proven by our government here, man who was the wrong colour and had a name that wasn't "acceptable".

He was abducted by our RCMP, handed CIA, sent to Syria (you may have heard of it? The leader there is massacring 1000's of his people), where he was brutally tortured and kept in a pit for weeks on end.

INNOCENT. + if you did any reading. You'd know Torture produces FALSE intel.

  • @ROOKTABULA Oh ya, cuz im sure ripping fingernails and snapping fingers has never stopped anything terrible from happening, they just dont tell you about it cuz it makes us look bad. Youre just some pussie who says the same shit and uses cases that make you feel bad for the person, like i said collateral damage sucks but it happens.

  • @Woessner1101

If you actually read the book or watched ANY of the interviews from a CAREER CIA interrogator, you would KNOW that torture never works, that people will say ANYTHING to stop the torture IE: make Shit up..

Your country EXECUTED Japanese military types for doing this to US soldiers during prior wars.

    To quote Dumbyah's Pappy:

"Read My Lips:" Torture only serves to create MORE enemies. If you were tortured, wouldn't you want REVENGE on the people who did it to you, or your family?

  • @Woessner1101

Go get some of thet there lernin' done.

  • @Woessner1101 yeah, torture is a tried & proven method of interrogation... that's why the Spanish Inquisition was such a resounding success for burning so many self-confessed witches.

  • @dznutzz626 You're not describing justice, and you're certainly not describing effective interrogation - you're describing vengeance. Look up Waterboarding on wikipedia, and see the CIA operatives & psychiatrists who state how they were getting good intel from the POW's using traditional techniques, but after torturing them got nothing volunteered, and when pressed only got the answers the victims thought the torturers wanted to hear - that's absolutely useless.

  • @Requinix17 well i believe that torture is only ethical when used to save lives. such as torturing the very person who hid the bomb but not the person who knows where it is but is afraid his family might be put in danger if he speaks.

  • Oh yea, I wouldn't care if they dumped their heads in water and brought them within an inch of their death. Waterboarding is taking it easy.

  • I dont see how anyone could take up for the terrorists. I'm glad you pussies don't run our country.

  • waterboarding saves lives... terrorism kills innocent people.

  • waterboarding saves lives... terrorism kills innocent people...

  • One correction for this guy about SERE school: Waterboarding isn't "taught" to the students in SERE school so they will know how to use it on prisoners. It's actually done to them by their instructors so that they will learn how to deal with it if they are ever captured.

  • i love how everyone is getting mad at america for a none harming "torture" look at the taliban cutting out tounges and torturing the u.s. soldiers till they die!

  • @skullghost64

If America is going to hold itself up as this shining example to the world + win over 'hearts + minds',don't you think it's slightly fukt to take the stand of: "Nyah nyah.If they can do it, why can't we!?!"

Cuz Civilization demands better than terrorists and murderers.

Bush and Cheney and Rummy, (all draft dodgers), weren't + they've suckered the fearful, like you, along with them.

"....if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you."

  • @skullghost64

And if torture of US, or any western soldier increases, it'll be DIRECTLY in Thanks to Cheney/Bush Torture program.

  • @skullghost64 none harming? it slowly drowns you

  • @skullghost64 thank you i think we chould keep water bording

  • @skullghost64 What makes America great, (or at least we were), is that we don't torture! When our troops get tortured, (and they will), we won't be able to go after the enemy for war crimes because we did it too. There is a reason that there are 3 Geneva Convention laws and 1 US law making torture illegal. Waterboarding is not near drowning, it is drowning.

  • Thankgod for waterboarding. It kept the US safe after 911.

  • @claton95

As yet, there's no apparent cure for Faux News Kool-aid Addiction.

I'll thank God if you're sterile in the meantime.

    This is 2011.

You have read, or watched statements from professionals in the intelligence agency who SWEAR that torture NEVER provides critical intel and, in spite of the lies to the contrary from Cheney and Rimsfeld: No evidence that one plot, that was foiled, came from info gathered from torture.

    Not. One.

I know these facts don't jive with the propaganda you believe.

  • @ROOKTABULA You say that torture never provides accurate intel. It's about time that you've learned the facts kid.

Imformation gained from waterboarding Khalid Sheik Mohammed:

A plan for a "second wave" of attacks on major U.S. landmarks after the 9/11 attacks, including the Library Tower in Los Angeles, the Sears Tower in Chicago, the Plaza Bank Building in Seattle and the Empire State Building in New York

I could keep going and going but my character limit is out Do your research.

  • @claton95 Wow. A parrot that can type.

Those are what we in the reality based community call: "Lies".

They were told by Preznit Bushtard,Darth Cheney+Soulless Rumsfeld.

They have been DISPROVEN in print, + in video taped interviews, by experts who serve in the intelligence community. Repeatedly. U won't find it on Faux Noise but they're out there to read/view if ur BRAVE enough. Powel's own Chief of Staff has REPEATEDLY refuted that lie. It was PROVEN that NONE of the intel fr Khalid was valid

  • @ROOKTABULA you sound like you're living in your own little box. It's time to wake up and learn the facts my friend.

  • @claton95

You are referring to the "little box" out side of right wing reality vis a vis Faux Noise and Boil-deferment Limbawl?

    Yes.

    Yes I am.

99% of us call it the real world.

    Check it out.

It's less scary and more logical.

  • I heard the us army, marines some forces etc. train their soldier with water boarding too! Is this true? I think you'll be remember this music for your lifetime!

  • @ROOKTABULA, I think you have too much to say.

  • @C0DY1180

yeah. it tends to make some folks bitchy as it makes it harder to cling tenaciously to their ignorance and dogma

  • Youtube censors like crazy.

  • i get waterboarded daily to toughen me up

  • @ThePurcy

    You're an idiot.

I would love to see you be so flip after having it done to you.

Watch another right wing Torture Good! water carrier getting educated on REALITY.

    Search youtube for this douchebag:

    Mancow Waterboard

He WAS a bigtime Bush defender and "Waterboarding isn't torture!!" fuktard.

    Watch him change his tune!

  • If you don't want to get tortured then don't become a soldier. If you are willing to strap a bomb to yourself then go into a public place a blow up women and children you deserve to be tortured just for that alone. But if we can get info to stop your comrades then it's surly justified.

  • @bryang2k3

When your country, before it slid into depravity, joined all other nations in decrying and punishing torture, your fellow citizens used to decry the evil of torture.

If you're cool with becoming that which you hate and decry, you've automatically lost the war.

    And your soul.

Bush and Cheney would have been executed by the leaders of the US after WWII, as Japanese officers were for water boarding. Same after Korean war. Us carried out execution of TORTURERS who used water boards.

  • Comment removed

  • How would you get vital life saving info out of one of these filthy animals?

  • @azzh00le is it cause theys black you turd weak you are brain washed fucking idiot

  • @MrMidnightcowboy1 LOL! What?! If you're going to attempt to reply to comments in English learn to speak it first

  • I know deep down in places you dont talk about at parties, you don't want me on that wall, you need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide, then question the manner in which I provide it. I prefer you said thank you, and went on your way,

  • @SWEEPERKINGINC Its the unthinking easily controlled sheeple like yourself that makes the wall necessary. Thanks for protecting the corporations interests and pissing off the rest of the world. GOOD JOB!

  • @liveordie1966 I can tell that you are the type of coward that just sits behind the computer and comments on the things that you are too affraid to do your self. I can tell that you are that coward that has never stood a post protecting something. I will just say you are welcome! The men before me ,with me, and after me gave you the RIGHT to have the freedom to choose to be that coward. It could have been worse. We could have cut off their heads. Oh! thats what they do huh..

  • @liveordie1966 You obviously are too stupid to comprehend what Sweeperkinginc is saying perhaps you dont know anything about honor, code and loyalty...You go to your job, just like your supposed too and you sit here and weekend quarterback about everything you have no understanding of, therefore making you the very IDIOT he "Sweeperkinginc" protects, its cause your weak and he is the strong..say thank you. Asshole!

  • Son, we live in a world that has walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with guns. Whose gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinburg? I have more responsibility here than you could possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago, and you curse the marines. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know. That Santiago's death, while tragic, probably saved lives. And that my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. I know deep down in places you dont tal

  • I think he has proven he would fail that part of Navy Seal training, since being water boarded is part of that training.

  • even if you think this isn't bad you have to remember this was a 5 second demonstration... torture has no code word, it doesn't tell you the rules, and it stops when you pass out or lose all dignified control of yourself that you end up in a primal state where you'll do anything to make it stop... you will say anything even if it's not true; you will look for the answer that gets you out. This is Psychology, and it's proven.

  • Who doesn't think this is torture? Water board all the fucking terrorists!

  • wtf.. wat does it feel like?

  • @hostagesoflife it feels like doing flips underwater in a pool and you get water up your nose for a few seconds... that's just the general feeling you can compare it to, but it's intensity is x10 and it's much longer lasting. It is simulated drowning because your airways are blocked with water. The amount of water is minimal so they can usually revive you in seconds.

  • I think I'd rather be a 'terrorist' than get tortured like this.

  • The "people" that were being waterboarded were terrorists. I dont give a damn if they get their skin peeled off by a knife dipped in shit! Fuck em!

  • @goddimmus Mr. ABSOLUTES: IF one was 100% CERTAIN they had a terorrist, who'd done great harm, + it was irrefutable, your argument MAY have legs. FACT doesn't fit your Black + White world view tho.Yer hero's-CheneyBush-got 1 conviction out of Gitmo. It's been proven they, + Rummy, KNEW most of the people there were IN-NO-CENT.No reputable intelligence pro will state Torture Works.AT ALL.It serves no purpose + hurts INNOCENT people. So:WHAT is the diff between YOUR approach + the Taliban's?

  • I actually had a "big ole" long paragraph here. Then I realized I just dont give a shit. Im tired of moral high ground which has given me NOTHING in life. So fuck it. Let it rain blood and skin fragments for all I care. Fucking stupid humans in general wont fix their act or educate themselves in any manner. Then theres people who just quote the republican radio broadcasts. Its not like anyone listening and heres a sad fucking truth. NO ONE CARES! Fuck waterboarding...I just want more money!

  • @goddimmus Congradulations. You have just become just as bad as the people who are on the low ground. The high ground gets you little money and little glory, however you and live your life without shame. To wake up in the morning and not know you've done wrong is the best gift you can recieve.

  • @ROOKTABULA if torture doesn't work then why has it been used by so many. Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korea and so on. It's been used as far back in time as we have records and I'm sure even longer. IT WORKS and can save lives. Are you 100% percent sure these people your talking about are innocent? In war, innocent people die anyways, you can't stop that, including 9/11, look how many innocent people died. How about Europe WWII, when the Germans bombed cities, how many innocent people died?

  • @bryang2k3 Sheepleminded2K3. Why did all of those countries do it? I don't know. Still wrong. Just because a lot of people believe or do something, doesn't make it so. IF you bothered to get your facts from actual intelligence officers and military brass- it DOESN'T work. EVER. Proven time and time again. Any actionable intel acquired comes from humane, and less barbaric, methods. When you're being tortured, you'll say ANYTHING, whatever you believe that to be, to get the pain to stop. Evil.
  • @ROOKTABULA. You did not go get your information from actual intelligence officers and military brass. You did not work in intelligence for any country, so you actually don't know this.

Hey, I could be wrong, but so could you.......

  • @goddimmus you realy are a penis id say rot in hell but there aint none so have a painful death you turd

  • @goddimmus after 1/2 hr of that you would admit to being a terrorist too.

Keep that mind closed tight !

  • so waterboard each other!

  • gravity of love seriously? lol

  • does anybody bitch about any other forms of torture that countless leaders have done or is it just bush?

  • @MrJoshuahorror It's just Bush for them, they hate him, nothing less.

  • @MrJoshuahorror No modern Western Government, outside of Communist Russia + the Nazi's , actually PROCLAIMED their institutionalized use of torture, warrant-less abductions + incarceration, + murder, (yes. Gitmo for ex).

No doubt other leader's have presided while this went on, but no American leader ever Proudly told the world that they were going to do it + strip foreigners, + his own citizenry, of their basic human rights. The US executed combatants who used this in the Korean war!

  • @MrJoshuahorror

Just that Facist War Criminal Scum bag Bush.

Cuz he was the leader of America, that put itself out there as the world's beacon and shining example of democracy and justice.

So that means you have to lead by example and be held to that higher standard.

The fucking monkey committed/signed off on war crimes that the US EXECUTED Japanese soldiers for committing against American soldiers!

Sorry. The Whaaambulance isn't coming for you.

    Deal!

  • While it's not quite the same, you get the idea when you go to a bathtub, lay so that your head is below your body, have a t-shirt on your face and have the shower sprinkle on it. I recommend trying it once.

  • I don't care if this is torture or not. Let the fuckers burn

  • @Altair778 what if it happend to you

  • Hitchens didn't fight very hard. He crumbled at the first sympathetic body response to the procedure. weak.

  • Go watch these 2 clips, then come back here and apologize for your Cheney-Bush Torture excusing ass leaving such a foolish comment!

This is a major right wing, red meat, Bush-Cheney defender, WAS a big time, "water boarding isn't torture" bitch:

    Mancow Waterboard

And here's an ex-Navy "pussy" as you'd call him, giving in too:

    Waterboarding Florida

  • Hahahaahahhahahahhaha, another enthusiast. First lesson for you, figure out what someone means before you launch into a tirade. Second lesson, don't be a twat. I know waterboarding is torture.

I'll even give you a video for you to watch, because it is more in depth and reliable than the crap you were able to find, so I'll help you out.

Look up "torture waterboard water board cia" Hope you learn a lot.

  • @junkyjuice21

    "enthusiast"!?!?

    WTF?

You were being a twat, commenting on how he didn't fight it, "weak". Your comment suggest that even if you DO know that it's torture, you don't seem to be disturbed by it.

The "crap" I found was to illustrate to a twat that doesn't seem to take it seriously, that it IS.

    And fyi, tosser?

Hitchens nearly drowned and has a fear about it.

So save your mock outrage and just accept you were wrong, and CALLED on it.

  • The seeds of the Iraq war were purely American. During the Iran-Iraq War, we gave Iraq its chemical weapons. During the invasion of Kuwait, we gave our go ahead, since it was true that Kuwait had been side-ways drilling ever since the Iran -Iraq War, then reversed our position once a sizable Kuwaiti delegation lobbied. Since the first war, our sanctions and illegal declaration of 'no fly zones' and other blockade errata have caused the deaths of at least a million Iraqis.

    And we're nice...

  • I see someone gave you a thumbs down for being honest!

Blind allegiance and imperialism of those who would disagree with you: Nice calamitous mixture.

  • What if he forgot the word "Red"

  • Why does anyone care about terrorism?

Seriously, very few people die from it, and we tear the world apart for vengeance, killing and torturing loads more innocent people and spending trillions. If we attacked cancer like we attack terrorism, we could make a real difference. Instead we've done more than anyone to make the world a dark unjust place.

If you want a real solution to terrorism, the only way forward is to show some respect and discover why they hate us in the first place.

  • @chailfield I sort of agree with you. But torturing someone is in human and is illegal. But yes terrorism is an issue but war is terrorism.

  • @chailfield very few ppl die from it? b/c i couldve sworn that a car bomb killed 15 yesterday and another killed 20 today

  • Car bombs where? If they were attacks by an occupied country on an invading force, then they are not terrorists, they have every right under international law to defend themselves. Now, talking about law, we are the ones who illegally invaded two countries in a decade, we destroyed Baghdad, we are responsible for the death of a million children by sanctions. Technically, we are the terrorists.

  • These car bombs didn't kill any americans. They killed innocent civilians of the middle east. They were attacks on their own country and civilians by fucked up raghead who need their throats slit by some Marines

  • @PKIZZLE488 and theews still 2 countrys invaded

  • @PKIZZLE488 haha and 1000000 Palestinians die everyday.. soo what isnt their lifes as equal as others??

  • @PKIZZLE488 1 tomohawk missle kills on avarage 64 people civilians too.. justify the car bom as more terrible? I'l up the anti... The car bomb is a home made weapon wielded by a crazy fanatic. A tomahawk is wielded by a whole nation of fanatic crazy people !!! i mean you and america are the MOST scary country on the world because we are all filth in you eyes.. french belgian, turkish.. whatever we need to all get the gas huh? FU murdering AMERICAN!!!

  • @PKIZZLE488 what this guy is saying is both false and true, he is false that no one dies from terrorism, the amount of people that die in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and other countries from terrorism is mind blowing. However, he is right about the fact that we need to understand why terrorist exist today. They did not just show up for the hell of it, whats the point of just taking on nations? They want something done right, even if its done the wrong way.

  • but no..lets just send detainees back to yemen where this guy has been for the past 4 months...6 sent back this month 40 this year...we can listenn to napolitano tell us that our homeland security system is working one day and then the next day she says it isnt working...which is it...id love to see her on fox...

  • after 7 years of A+ homeland security...policies change, funding is cut and with in a year we have 2 terrorist attacks due to: Islamic Extremism....but our president wont even utter those words...i thought apologizing for all of america's wrongdoings and kissing ass would make the terrorist love us...i thought we would all join hands and peace would finally be achieved...wake up terrorists still hate us and we need to be a little more stern about the situation...

  • bush gets criticized for not responding quick enough when he was informed about the world trade center...obama responds to what was luckily a botched terror attack 3 days later while on vacation and gives a 5 minute speech in which he never mentions islamic extremism..even though the terrorist admits to being tied to al quaeda....i just dont get it...just watch that interview he has no tie on, he reads after every 2 words, he has no feeling, and it looks like he cant wait to leave..wat a shmuck

  • the taliban has an oppressive grip on afghanistan...in 1996 when they came to power they instilled "hard line islamic punishments like amputations and stoning to death"...these people are fine with torture but only when they are the ones undertaking...where were you guys to defend the human rights of the innocent people of afghanistan when those were stepped all over...do you really care about human rights or do you just hate bush and cheney? ask yourself?

  • This is not a bone liberals have to pick with Bush or Cheney - this is a bone humanity as a general principal has to pick with our revolting comfort with such racist torture. Chailfield is absoloutly right in doubting the published reports on 9/11. Building 7 is evidence enough that there was a gread deal of inside work without which many of our innocent citizens would be alive. These are not bull-shit crazy-liberal conspiracy theorys. This is deception and inhumanity of a most severe nature.

  • Al-Quaeda Members captured or killed: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed Ramzi Binalshibh Mustafa Ahmad al-Hasawi Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali Walid bin Attash Baitullah Mehsud Usama al-Kini Abu Jihad al-Masri Khakaina Abu Suleiman al-Jazari Osama bin Laden Ayman al-Zawahiri they should be tortured until their terrorist orginization is turned inside out...and destroyed...
  • knowing a list of names thrown at you by Fox News in all their racist glory does not consitute understanding of the politics or injustices.

  • but their is no mercy for the masterminds of 9/11...who have confessed and are proud of their actions..just tell me, what mass murderer deserves justice and human rights? Hitler?im sure their torture wounds have healed by now, but the people who lost their lives during the world trade center attack cant get their lives back...again any mistaken identity issue is wrong, i do not consider that fair..

  • @manichh1

But you're talking absolutes: Like EVERY person USA tortures is GUILTY and tied to 9-11.

You MUST know that is not the case?!

There have been murders during torture/innocents tortured/unlawful detentions....

    ALL done by the US.

If I told you that Al Quaida had done those things to innocent people, Americans included, would you be okay with it?

    Didn't think so.

So if it's evil when someone else does it, and wrong, it HAS to be for all: INCLUDING the US.

  • @ROOKTABULA i did acknowledge that there were innocent people held did i not?and no im not okay with it...but if al quaeda could get their hands on an american they would cut his head off like they have done before...so of course im not okay with that...the attacks of 9/11 and the few thousand people killed does not add up to the masterminds of that attack being tortured...ill say it for the third time mistaken identities is totally wrong, the U.S. should not have made those mistakes...

  • The victims of this torture dont get safety words

  • accept waterboarding, and you are a Nazi. You are what you hate

  • @chailfield "accept waterboarding and you are a nazi" so i guess the people who waterboarded killed several million people is that what your saying...id say the 9/11 hijackers, masterminds, and orginizations are a bit closer to nazi's...see the U.S. military's goal was to acquire information to prevent attacks, foil strategies, and save more civilians and soldiers..not whipe an entire religion off the face of the earth...your remarks are pretty ignorant and show a lack of respect for holocaust

  • Please explain how we are different? Do we not torture? Do we not kill millions of innocents, mostly children? Do we not start wars, build empire and starve and oppress countries around the world? I do respect human life! It is precisely because of this that I am appalled by this.

About 9/11, have you explained how 8 of the hijackers are still alive? Do you really still believe the official story? Maybe we're the bad guys.

  • try pulling your head out of your ass

  • Torture is wrong. There are no circumstances under which it is acceptable. Anyone caught torturing should be prosecuted with equal severity to murder.

  • its like a snake bites me and i go to cut its head off and you say no no dont hurt it while turning your back to it...you think its going to change or strike again?...all of you assholes should be supportive of the U.S. against terrorism...oh lets give khalid sheikh mohammad his rights...HE IS NOT ONLY SELF PROCLAIMED 9/11 MASTERMIND BUT HES PROUD OF IT...if you think him and his little terror buddies shouldnt be tortured to infiltrate their orginization you can lick my nutsack

  • torture is wrong to do to ppl. and not all the ppl in gitmo have been proven guilty of anything. they haven't gotten a trial or anything like that. to act like this to another person does 2 things. 1st it proves that what the bad guys think of us is right and 2nd it show's we are less then the ppl that we say r bad. "u.s.a. land of the free, home of the brave".... free to discriminate and brave enough to torture ppl that are tied down

  • @lucky5th2 you can speak for yourself when you say that "we" are less than suspected terrorists and hijackers...worse things would be done if these terror groups got their hands on any American..no land of the free home of the brave...and if you want to prevent people from flying planes into our major cities than we have to contain them...im sorry that our military made a mistake by holding a few innocent people at detention centers

  • so u think it's ok to torture suspected terrorist? we weren't "containing" anyone b4 9/11 and nothing happened then, so i guess that theory doesn't work. only a few innocent ppl? well i guess u would know how many ppl are innocent there.

  • @lucky5th2 umm no i will say for the fourth time torturing suspected terrorists, who end up not being terrorists is wrong...waterboarding khalid sheikh mohammad IS NOT WRONG..he is self proclaimed mastermind of 9/11 and is proud of the attacks...so waterboarding 3 known al quaeda members is not wrong...im sure its not easy to distinguish who is you enemy and who is your friend when you have ak47 fire and shrapnel flying at you..i still dont agree with holding innocent people though

  • That's the whole point in the illegal detentions without trial that you are supporting,... WE DON'T KNOW IF THEY'RE GUILTY. they've not been tried FFS. Are you saying that you're fine with them torturing our civilians? wouldn't that make you angry. DOUBLE STANDARDS! We have done far FAR worse to other countries than the 9/11 attacks. Have you no idea what the CIA actually do?! They put Saddam in power for one, they over through democratically elected govs in MANY countries. Get an education!

  • @lucky5th2 "so u think it's ok to torture suspected terrorist? we weren't "containing" anyone b4 9/11 and nothing happened then, so i guess that theory doesn't work" im not sure what you mean here but we have captured and killed 10 out of 11 of al quaeda's most important members...the 1 we didnt get is osama bin laden..

  • i dont know what ur confused on? i asked a simple question. and made a simple statment

  • @lucky5th2 what theory...we werent torturing before 9/11...we had no intelligence about al quaeda and that led to the 9/11 attacks..since then we have had those terror groups on their heels

  • u r very misinformed, we didn't know about al quaeda? the theory that torture keeps us safe

  • Anyone who tortures has absolutely no morals and ethics. There is no excuse for it whatsoever. No information is as important as causing physical and phsychological distress to another human being. Any government who condones it is barbaric! Thank God Obama put a stop to it immediately. Torturers belong behind bars. Period. And best throw away the key as well!

  • Is that what you learned on CNN? What do you even consider torture? Phsycological distress is a part of life, whether it's being water boarded or having a car bomb explode in your town, or a shooting close to your home. Nothing is cut and dry in real life.

  • No it is comon sense. And my personal opinion. Of course it is distressing if bullets fly around your ears or if you are being waterboarded, not knowing if you will actually drown or live. An eye for an eye, eh? That way it will just go on and on and on and on. The only way to get out of that spiral downwards is to stop and say no. If you do the same things the "baddies" do, then are you not a "baddie" too? Think about that.

  • So its ok for the terrorist and enemy combtants to fight dirty and kill alot of american soldiers but if we play dirty shame on us? ya that makes sense doesnt it?

  • If ya didn't send them there in the first place they wouldn't die, would they? Besides that whole Iraq thing, they lied to be able to start a war. On which premise WMD? Yeah right. Whoever bought into that crap..You carry a gun and shoot at people with guns, people are gonna die. Fact of life. You started a war you could not win, destabilized the whole area and now you're whining about how you're dying. You reap what you sow. Do I feel sorry? Hell no! You started it, now bear the consequences!

  • CNN? No homeland security major :).

What do i consider torture? alot of things are torture, what is wrong with us using torture for the good of the country. Want another 911 to happen?

If DoJ said its ok for CIA to use water-boarding there is a reason behide, even OBAMA, the man who ran on a NO TORTURE CAMPIGN, said he would use torture, funny huh?

  • Go pull that 9/11 card everytime you need a reason for bloodshed or other atrocities. It's worked so far, why should it not work again? Have you actually realized that the actions after 9/11 have made it MORE likely you're gonna get another 9/11 cause you acted like a bull in a china shop? That Americans are amongst the most hated in the world? That is nothing terrorists are responsible for, but you yourself. Protective nationalism is dangerous. Happened before. 3rd Reich. U really want that?

  • I personally can understand the fear people had during the cold war. I am more scared now that America will start WWIII with their gung ho attitude peeing off some nation that has nuclear missiles that push the button just to shut you up. And that was not far fetched under W. Hell, that imbecile didn't even know that Germany is NOT a part of America. I just hope that Obama can set things right and undo everything W. has done. Won't bring back the dead GI's, but maybe it will stop more bloodshed.

  • and its not pulling the "9/11 card" if you live in new york close enough to see the smoke in the sky that day you would understand, if you had next door neighbors, and family freinds that died that day you would understand. if we didnt act it would have happend again and again...i dont know where your from but dont judge something that you know nothing of every american cried for justice after 9/11Bush had no choice and sorry i dont agree with killing and war but the U.S. didnt start this one

  • The actions taken by the war at the start was honorrable, we almost took out the taliban, but than bush wanted to go after iraq, which makes no sense, the war is bullshit but the second we let up the pressure again like we did at gitmo, over 20% of those released have been found in terrorist acts. We are fucked.

  • Yeah, and our soldiers are in Afghanistan too. Iraq was a big mistake, it was Junior finishing daddy's fight. And you can't start a war without a plan of how to rebuild the country after. And those released associating with the terrorists doesn't surprise me. Imagine you were innocent. Taken to Gitmo, tortured for years, no charges, no lawyer. After years you are released. Would you not be pissed ? I would be livid. Treat them humanely and you'll not drive them into the arms of the terrorists.

  • Those released aren't going to terrorists, they are terrorists. When these people don't give up info on suspected activities they are in fact conspiring against their own country. Most of these terror org's are our fault anyway from the cold war. You can't just leave it alone and you can't humanily fight. A bombing in Bagdad killed like 100 people, so if we accidentally water board some inoccent people I can live with that.

  • iraq was seizing a great geographical location to nuke whoever else wants to fuck with us...

  • Yeah, and you're surprised they want to stop you nuking the world? I'm not. But I guess that's just the way you are. Gun loving cowboys with oil for brains. Sad. And you were once a great nation. RIP USA.

  • your position seems to be a polar opposite of america...you know damn right that we dont go around nuking people obviously...and you proved my poinnt with how clique you are "gun loving cowboys with oil for brains" oh never heard that one before killing has been going on way before america showed up and since you speak english i assume you are from britain who enslaved many, killed many, and occupied many lands that didnt belong to it so dont preach to me about peace.....

  • yeah, and I'm glad it is opposite. I don't believe that war is the solution to everything and I also believe that aggression only breeds more aggression. As I said you reap what you sow. It's a more philosophical approach instead of the gung-ho attitute. And just because I speak English doesn't make me British. Typical. As if English is not taught in other countries. I'm German if you must know (yeah we speak English too!) so we know. We've started 2 WW and nothing good came from it. We KNOW.

  • And many of these muslim terror groups have the same goals in mind as the nazis. do you think peacful negotiations wouldv'e worked with them? And for your remark RIP America it's leftists like you that make it so bad here.

  • im not sure you understood the magnitude of that day...to imagine any building in new york city coming down is a frightening feeling, let alone the 2 larges in the city...o poor torture victims well if they didnt aspire/commit criminal acts of terror they would be safe in their homes with nothing to worry about..why dont we worry about the innocent people being murdered in darfur, or the 30%more police killed in the U.S. this year, or the homeless, or how about the palestinian refugees

  • so im responsible for the terrorists hating me i was 12 years old at the time how is that so? do you understand what happened on 9/11 innocent civilians were mass murdered on our own soil..i dont need bush to tell me that is an invasion of my freedom and security..this country is far from nazi germany we dont mass murder our own countrymen to attempt to whipe them from the face of the earth because of their religion.

  • Wow, you Americans are so mean ! You should get with the rest of the world and do beheadings, live gurnings, pour oil down the throat, dismemberment, chop off dicks, electrocution,...etc, and quit picking on these anti-american terrorist !

  • For such a torturous technique it is amazing how everyone and their mama is water-boarding each other. There are thousands of youtube videos of people being water-boarded, but this is torture? When are people going to shove bamboo shoots up their fingernails to prove that is torture?

  • i agree but u can just say red and make the horrid pain go away from bamboo shoots haha

  • Sweet now I know how to properly waterboard someone.

  • I'm totally gonna do this to my sister! : )

  • If you see what happens to inoccent people on the other end. The thing about these forms of torture is as bad as they scare you they don't do any permanent physical damage. All they are intended to do is scare the hell out of you, the only reason anyone ever made issue out of waterboarding is because all the bleeding hearts rallied around it. Besides if techniques like those don't lead to good intell why have people continued to use it for thousands of years?

  • What about the psychological damage? This is the Inquisition all over again. Wake up we're not in the medieval times any more. If you need intel, then get off you buts and get it the proper way. There is so much technology out there and you're trying to tell me this barbaric medieval technique is the only way to get intel? What if they were being burnt at the stake, or dunked into bioling water till their flesh came off their bones? Would you still think it's a good way to get intel?
