The Build and Buy theme sounds pleasant and fantastic.

'Milkweed' sounds in the same vain as The Sims 2 tunes and overall the music sounds more mature and really nice. Reminds me slightly of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts music.

i think it should run with directx9 but im not entirely sure considering half of the 2009 games will require directx 10 in order to play out functionally
