there is a quicker way, Select a new playlist, add the song u want, then selct all in playlist, then drag and drop to the phone. WOrked for me on my mbp
I'm just showing my experience, as a mac user, i find iTunes purchased music always show the art, 7 digital doesnt, its all to do with tagging.
The 7 digital music does have the album art encoded, as in iTunes I dont need to do 'get album art' which i do need to do with music I have ripped from cd myself.
MAYBE nokia mulitimedia transfer will sort this out.
It's no biggy, but i always ended up going to amazon and manually adding album art myself on N95/5800.

The album art has showing up has nothing to do with where you bought/downloaded the mp3 from.
I use vista and have found that when i click on my music folder. and select the tile view (icon) all the mp3s that show up as album art
when transferred show up with album art on my n900
