Birkenfeld is a traitor. Serves him right to be the only one going to prison. He should know that the point of offshore banking is to save your money (Especially when your own country starts to raise taxes). I think this guy knows that without offshore banking, there is nothing the individual can do about high taxes. Having offshore accounts with the Swiss is long, outstanding tradition. Poor UBS. When it's time for me to open a bank account, I want them to be my bank.
