@patito299 He is "playing" a game boy, but only "playing" in the sense of a musical instrument (tocar) rather than playing a toy (jugar). Google "LSDJ Game Boy" and you will find out that you can make your own music on the Game Boy. That is what "that guy" (whose stage name is Zen Albatross, BTW) is doing. ;-)
