"Kia haal hain" ? means How are you ? and "Theek hay" means fine or I am fine/great ... Yasmin have also used 'acha hay ?' (is it fine ?) and 'buhat acha hay ?' ( is it good enough ?) in hewr videos of Pakistan...

Basically Urdu is written in Persian/Arabic script..... The above form is called 'Roman Urdu Script'.
