  • "BRILLIANT BACK TO REALITY,CONCIOUSLY TAM GLESGA

  • Thank you Paul for the decades of enjoyment you have given. Your passion and love for music is so apparent when you sing and perform. Keep on doing what you do cos your music means so much to me.

  • paul u look soooo goood. love u for life. xxx

  • here here !!!!!!

  • Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah!!! Good!

    Very good!!!...

  • Where is the new video for "7 & 3 is the Striker's Name?" Let's get on it paulwellertv!

  • biggest inspiration

  • What's with the silly haircut?

  • Iggy Pop killed Paul and assumed his identity. You can find the clues about it, in the last album cover.

  • @raritzu silly haircut lol u wanker

  • @shadowpuppet89 who are u calling a wanker?

  • Yeah alright mate, chew yourself off.

  • Good and bad times! YOur music has been part of my life! Thanks! GO PAUL GO! FAB!

  • Paulie,

All through me aul life. Thanks for the words. Thanks for the music. Thanks for bein a bleedin honest geezer all the way through. Love the new sound. Superb. Rock On!

  • why is trying so hard?

  • LOL "I'm like a Beach Boy, fun fun fun for me "

  • "i went through lots of different ideas"...? How come they all sound shit then....Something to do with that clone steve craddock..As weller says"famous for doing nothing"...

  • get a hair cut yer knob...cat weasel and worzel gummidge to boot

  • "You can be famous for doing nothing these days." hmmm....is he referring to his son Nat?

  • How old is Paul Weller now? I saw him in NYC at the Continental Club after is first solo album. He doesn't look very well in this interview. His music has had a major impact on my life...from the Jam through Wild Wood. I think his material has slipped recently but he is one of the all-time greats and a complete class act. I hope he is well and perhaps I can get another chance to see him live.

  • He's 50. Not that old.

  • Whys he trying to look like liam gallagher, should b the other way round.

  • it is you tool

  • Good to see Paul agrees with great people like Woody Hayes.

"It does not matter the size of the man, rather the amount of effort the man is willing to put forth"

"Without winners, there wouldn't even be any god damned civilization."

"You can outwork anybody. Try it, you will find out that you can do it."

"Anything easy ain't worth a damn!"

  • Wise, mildmannered, intelligent and inspirational gentleman, this Paul Weller; Never implicating on cliches or commercial bullshit; Truly one of British best!

  • so much inspiration from this bloke..

  • Weller, you do something to me.This is a fine interview.22 Dreams is something else.

  • That was one of the finest interviews I've seen from a musician or artist who has been a force for 35 years or so & is still always forging ahead breaking new ground. Very soulful & provocative everything he says about work ethic, allowing discovery to change your plans, & the self-revealing snips like "misconception that I am grumpy" but I'm a fun-loving guy. His face always shows his sheer love of music, & prob in particular LIVE performing. The world knows PW, yet America doesn't. Our loss.

  • Good MAN

  • steve white n da key board player frm style council n sum bass player r doin a side project, so hes gt steve pilgrim fillin in 4 whity

  • Any word on what happened to Steve White?

  • Oh that voice! I love this man..

  • So am I!

  • hello I'm Andy Crofts Cousin from the moons!!!!

  • He's beginning to look like Rod Stewart with that hair!

  • But rod stewart was never as good looking or stylish.

  • if that is not a cosmetic bruise on the gentleman's cheek bone i hope cause was no more than an accident (for example because because he could not find his spectacles). As for being grumpy etc,we are Dopey( lack of listening to live performances.)

  • best ever!

  • Good stuff! the vinyl is very cool... i'm waiting for the live LP, just got bacl from Cork which was FANTASTIC. Manchester in November!

  • top stuff!

  • Great man

  • You always listen to a record from start to finish. I miss reading vinyl sleeves myself while listening. All the details, the players, the instruments, the blurb.

  • cheers paul thanks for the inpiration colosall many thanks..........STHELENSMODS.....

  • So wonderful to hear you speak Mr Weller. Thank you for never stopping, and continuing with your creative energies. Like you we are fans of music, and your music is part of who we are and what we inspire to become. Please come to California, maybe our state will not be burning by then.

  • "I'm always happy to collaborate with anyone if they're any good". Hmm.

  • is that a black eye?

  • That was great!

  • It's always a pleasure to see the top bloke having a chat, whilst playing some quality tunes.

  • always good to see a weller interview and hear what he has to say. i saw him on woking station a few weeks back and dare i say it he was picking up a £20 fine for not having a ticket!
