Necrophagist is mostly about speed and such, cuz theyre tech death, but COB is all about a dark melody progression, and alexi uses alot of arpeggions, scales, and such for his solos which is where his melody comes from. He is a very fast player but yet with his speed, he manages to keep the solos sounding smooth, and extremely catchy with melody. his lyrics r mostly about self destruction, addiction, regret, and the murder at lake bodom which means alot to people from Finland. Alexi Laiho = God with a guitar.
