Just to inform any people who choose to criticize GT5, grass does not make your car stop or slow down because the surface is slippery and that is why race tracks have gravel for cars to easiley recover as slow speeds if they lose control, not grass!

When you drive in snow/dirt/rain the dustycloud effect comes, when you see a vehicle through that cloud - it might as well be Lego Gran Turismo. Head/rearlights are deformed on some cars and every car sounds like a beehive.

Running at 1080p and well.. can't wait til it will look nice :]

The tweaking aspect of Forza 3 is so good ... if GT5 can't beat it, it's a fail. The only thing that matters is the feel of driving the cars and transforming them from a piece of junk into a wicked racer.

Forza Motorsport 3 is just the Xbox "wannabe" of PlayStation. Xbox is shit anyway, because it's made by Microsoft which was developed by Bill Gates who steals ideas off his friends. Remember which franchise came first, GT5 takes at least 4 years to make due to the fact that Sony does photo realism and actually get stats on the real car. I don't know about Forza, but I know GT5 is a "real driving" simulator, that is tested by "real" race drivers.

@tk1917 its not that the 360 has a better GPU, its how the shaders are used. Ps3 has dedicated shaders for each type, where as 360 shaders can be used for multiple types. Also the Ps3 cell can also calculate graphics meaning that the SPU can do more things as well. in the overall graphics Ps3 wins, cos more polygons and graphics can be processed, where as 360 has a better GPU, but the rest of the system just can utilise it

Yeah but Forza is out already. You can actually go to a shop and buy it. Not delayed 30 million times.. And Forza is only at its 3rd installment. This will be gran turismos 8th installment (including all the prologues and concept games). I love my gran turismos but I do love my forza just for the customisation side of things. I cant wait for this game to finally arrive. Looking forward to racing on the top gear test track and the old school tracks from the original games
