This was just made to test the crashcourse when it was new. The transporter was way overloaded and therfore smashed into the wall, just to see what would happend. Poor transporter but thats what happends sometimes

We don't know the speed or what weight it may have been carrying in the back but as you will see in other videos the Transporter in other forms actually performs quite well in crash tests which must surely mean there's more than meets the eye in this video.

Chinese use mild steel not high tensile in their cars, its cheaper (suprise suprise) so there is no hope in hell they can control the energy of the impact like all the other manufacturers. I know as i have been to china, and worked with them in the Auto manufacturer industry. Beautiful country, lovely people they just don't think like we (Australia/US/UK/Europe/Japan/­Korea/etc) do about vehicle safety, or safety in general. Shame really.
