But if you want real control without the keyboard you will need autohotkey.
example: Since i own a tablet hp's tx2500 the pen only has one button so what i did was to remap clicks (left-middle and viceversa) in the go with a gesture
to eliminate the need of the keyboard you can use a combination of a app called strokeit or gmote with another app that creates macros called autohotkey.
example: when i'm in photoshop i can acces any tool with just a quick gesture (made with rightclik so it doesn't create a conflict with regular strokes) and this doesn't even need autohotkey.
what if u assign the hot keys u use on the keyboard to the numpad and get 1 of those laptop num pads were its just a square with 1-9 +- and all that good stuff on it and set it next to your wacom i think that would work well get back to me lol
Extremely helpful vid Scott. I've been trying to figure out the most efficient way to use my 12wx with my multiple monitor setup.
I didn't know the little trick with dragging the menu to make it the primary monitor and that should come in handy for some apps. As for photoshop, your workspace idea, though I haven't tried it yet, sounds perfect.
Your video is helpful for me. I'm a new Cintiq user. I'm buying a Cintiq 12wx in the next few days. Your 21 inch makes me drool. I did not realize the that it will actually be another monitor. Very useful. I think your method if very good.
Thank you for the vid. I started using a 2nd monitor for photography work a few months ago. I was surprised how much it helped out in keeping one screen with an open folder of pictures I'm working or have worked and the other with the present image I'm working on. I didn't know I could save different work preferences. Now I'm going to go set them up! Thanks agian!
lol chode why scott why?
