not really with two hands u can do two things at once. with a mouse u can only do one thing at a time. now if u just use it to go on the net and email IM and simple things like that then its the same but if your like me or a lot of the higher ups in computers and u use it for film, photo editing, 3D works and things on thos lines trust me it is 100X fister using to hands
