So here's what happened the way I see it in my theory.
Jaejoong got drunk! Maybe with someone or by himself. He got drunk, called Yunho and asked him to come and pick him up. Yunho did pick him up then Jae demanded for a kiss. He acted as if he knew what happened (as if he was there! or yunho took Jaejoong home after drinks) Plus, this must be Jaejoong cause it seems like something he would say. This DID NOT happen when yunho was in his pre debut stage. He debuted when he was 18 and under the fans watch, he could not date. Also, it couldn't have been pre debut cause the legal age of drinking in korea is 20 years old. So it doesn't fit the whole 'girlfriend' theme. :)

two major hints as to why it was DEFINITELY without question Jaejoong:
one: Changmin laughed, as if he knew this person and cared for them. I doubt Changmin would be close friends with any of Yunho's "lady friends" if he had any. This is someone Changmin is close to, and remembers them fondly. i.e. a band member, perhaps. (Jaejoong. Let's face it, he's a drinker)
