@eamoman651 649whp means wheel horsepower. Say you have a 500 horsepower car, not all 500 bhps are used. Around 480 is actually being put down to the wheels. So when someone says they have 649whp it means their car actually produces that much at the wheels.

Ex: the Bugatti Veyron supposedly has 1000bhp, if you put it on a dyno test it won't have 1000 bhp but around 9XX whp.

So 649 whp means 649 whp not 250 bhp.

Learn something about cars before posting your brain farts.

hate to admit it, but the dude is rite. an m3 is a inline6 plus it has 330+ HP stock. the evo wouldnt stand a chance if it goes head on stock. even tho a stock evo running on boost, it still does like 270 or less to the wheels. the M3 still does 300+HP to the wheels. But the evo has more and better aftermarket parts for modding. I'm gonna save up $ for an evoIX MR man.

This dyno happens to be one of the very Low reading mustang dyno's. With that said 649whp is very conservative compared to the numbers it can put down on lets say a Dynojet.
