If you haven't already tried it, you gotta try the Lose It! app... It lets you enter in your weight and goal weight... It creates a daily calorie plan for you based on that, and most importantly it keeps track of the various food you eat daily... It's my new addiction!

I love that you are aware of your weaknesses, but I have struggled with binging and food addiction for years and what you're describing isn't it. It's hard to eat well and lose weight/maintain, but trust me food addiction is a whole different thing! There is no being aware or chilling out on the food and knowing when things are going too far. It consumes you and you are totally out of control.
hey fenise,ive gotta said uve been a bit of an inspiration to me...i can relate to u,sometimes i feel like its hard as well to get rid of ur "inner fat"i,its like i know ive lost weight,but inside me i still feel big and even tho people say to me im not "big" i dont see it...its very frustrating because everytime i look into the mirror i get that feeling,i know i shouldnt have such a negative image of my body,sometimes it goes....sometimes it comes back,hopefully itll just fade away sometime.

you have done an excellent job with your weight loss and been able to maintain. you are an inspiration. you was the first person who motivate that I can lose weight naturally. i watched all your videos and was yeah i can do this. 131 pounds down and counting. I dont know if I ever told you thank you, if not thanks so much for just being you and sharing your journey.
I love food too. But I curb it by continuing to eat my favorite foods in healthier versions. If I completely stopped eating my fave food, I would just go back to eating them. So instead of barring myself, I just revised my recipes (low-fat, sugar free, low-cholesterol) & made better choices. I eat ice cream once in a while, but I always go for the low-fat/sugar-free kinds. It does seem hard sometimes, but don't try to reach heights that will frustrate you. Good luck.
You look like you are steadily losing to me. Lady your clothes be fitting and you look good in them so don't get too hung up on it. I joined your group. You have some great weight loss vids especially the ones for without kids whenever someone without a family asks me I send them your way.
Fenise, I love how honest you are. We all have our weakness and at least you recognize your weakness. I think everything in moderation and being ACTIVE is the key to keeping the weight off. Its ok to have a SLICE of pie, or cake etc. but in moderation. Also, eating to satisfy rather than eating to get full is another way to keeping your weight down. I definitely applaud you for what you have accomplished thus far. Thanks for sharing!
You are a beautiful person! I lost 85 or so and now size 2 and 4 and a complete vegan.....I find now that 30 mins low impact 5 to 6 days a week keeps me balanced. Even brisk walks! Ladies grab your cellphone call a friend walk hard and fast for thirty mins and the time goes by in no time! Bless You All
