I would definitely disagree with ppshchik that antisemitism has no real meaning; it's a very real phenomenon that sometimes is and sometimes isn't prettied up as anti-Zionism or criticism of Israel. Any sober-minded person will tell you that making the distinction can be very tricky. That said, I would agree that some people cry wolf in ways that are not helpful to the fight against the genuine article.
