Well to be honest, Thiago is more dangerous in the stand up then GSP. I love GSP but every flurry had me holding my breath. But I do believe, without the groin injury, GSP would have finished him with ground and pound. You can tell he was working less after the 3rd round. GSP kind of road it out. i think he was really effective on the floor.he was fighting one of the best submission guys in the ufc and he didnt give him an inch to breathe when they were down.of course he wasnt gonna try to beat mir at grappling and submissions.like all fighters,he plays to his strenghts,and he did it well against mir.brock is so strong that its hard to think who could beat him right now.the heavyweight division isnt one of the best in my opinion.maybe they need some new blood.
