It took me aout a half a year to learn to knit to only descover i wasnt doing the wrong,thing, i was some how trying in knots :P opps-ie! :D

Thick needles and thick yarn makes knitting go much faster.

I use a rhyme when teaching kids to knit:

"Go out the door,

Around the yard,

Back inside,

Take off your coat"

i agree knitting is as cool as it gets. ^_^ and i got lion brand kids knit needles. one blue and red as a pair. which is pretty cool almost as big as these and i love any kind of yarn i see as thicker and quicker. but compared to just changing color i sometimes like to them together. :D it's cool ! ! ! ! !
