I love it, but I would like to see it do more: pick up and move crates, react more to its environment, and have the ability to lift higher than that. Other than that, I think you did a great job - I would like to try building something like this.

Good job ! This a big first step. You can improve this robot in a million ways and eventually turn it in some kind of industrial machine.
Why don't you try making a Mindstorm robot that picks cans and puts them in a box ?
Good work. Has a lot of educative potential.
