Usually the outlets Are so full of people that Are totally lost and almost execute some kind of 'gerilja' shopping for the reduced prices alone. Have you ever tried the Bicester outlet outside of London?

They have sale annoucements on their website, it normally begins the last week in January & the second week in June . I suggest checking their website to have a more accurate time/ days of sale. For me personally summer sales are the best, because i tend to find more great pieces than the winter sales. Hope this was helpful.
