@sam8110 Brilliant movies for Christmas. But I hasten to add Home Alone 1 & 2, Bridget Jones' Diary, A Christmas Carol (Muppets, is good), Joyeux Noel to that list. Also perhaps It's A Wonderful Life (which I'm yet to see but is apparently a Christmas classic). 101 Dalmatians, isn't strictly speaking a Christmas film, but as a winter movie, I think it captures the spirit of Christmas

this is a really good movie... at least half of it. the story between kate winslet, jack black, and the elder is refreshing and well acted. but cameron diaz does not do it for me and her story with jude law is terribly unrealistic.
