@tetrashiek I'm pretty sure that it is teeth ground sharp. It makes more sense than teeth growing sharp (well, to me at least) plus I've seen the movie over 20 times in the past few months and I listen to this song about 15 times per day so I believe that there is a good chance I'm correct. AND if u look on the interent ur bound to find more that its ground rather than growing. AND I just checked the movie (i has it on my computer) and it is ground.
