Like, where exactly does it say "INfinite Bullet Bill hack"? Nowhere. As you suggested, dphanna played the same course more than once, and made it so that she has some footage of the bullet bill on every possible part of the track that the Bullet Bill goes on by default, and then put it together. Even now, people are still arguing about how legit this is... clearly, it's just a bunch of Bullet Bill clips edited together, judging not only by the ever-changing positions of the drivers on the mini-map, but the race time in the upper right. This isn't cheating or hacking or anything. It's just extremely smooth editing skills. The only problem I see here is that the item is too big to be a Bullet Bill. More like a Banzai Bill. .__.
