You might not be able to change it in Modern Warfare 2, but you can in the other Call Of Duty's. I can't remember which colors though, but I think it was blue and orange when you change the scheme for teammates and enemies. He must of been in a party for it to be light blue, but it was definitely Sandy Ravage though.
