@edong75 : actually, I didn't get it. I made it myself. I set the video file as a background image and tried to model and animate as closely as possible.

it has 420 frames with 25 fps. Which text do you want to change and how, 'cause they are a bit different to edit...?

Actually there are three texts in there^^:

The initials are handmade so you'll have to make them manually (use the mesh function). The text appearing at the end is made with the text function so you should be able to edit it (Edit mode).

The text in the ring was made with the text function as well but then converted to a mesh and joined with the band. You have to delet the text in editmode out of the ring, write a new text, convert it and join it with the ring.

hi. if you can please help me with two things. I'm trying to get some things done on this .blend file

one would be to replace the preexisting text both in the logo and on the strip sorrounding it.

Then I'm curious about changing the inside background of the logo, and make it transparent so that the blue sky behind it shows and finally about changing the colors and make them darker and colder

help at least on the text stuff would be highly appreciated

Hi. Well the thing with the text is that its actually no "text", at least not in blender. It is custom made by hand so you would have to erase the text mesh and create a new one. The text in the ring was made using the text-function, converting the text into a mesh and joining the mesh with the ring.

That is quite tricky for a starter. How much experience do you have with blender or any other 3D program?

yes i use the blender 2.49b.. please recheck the file... and... one more thing mr author... can you giv me a good working tutorial on how you savin your animated masterpieces? cuz i realy dont know how to perfectly save.. after i render animations.. please.. i realy need this info too.. thanks in advance.. your work is good.. ^_^

but ONE picture takes about 42 sec on my computer (dualcore 3.0GHz, 3GByte RAM).

Try frame 361. There it is a lot faster (less detail). Or try turning of the Sequenzer.

what did you use to make it?

I used Blender3D for the animation, audacity for the music and VideoPad for combining those two.

It's all freeware or even opensource.
