@Classic80Rock - Axl is a great singer/songwriter, but he thought he was bigger than everyone else in the band. He started only communicating and dictating the band through management. He stopped rehearsing and writing with the band altogether. He forced Slash and Duff to sign over GnR's naming rights to Axl and viewed them as "hired hands" instead of band members and friends. He constantly showed up late, leaving the crowd waiting for hours, he cancelled shows for no reason....
