Hhhi64 is just an uploader, who finds stuff on Nico Nico (a Japanese site) and re-uploads it to Youtube. There are different people in the videos that he re-posts: like Tissue Hime (a guy bass player cosplaying as Yuki Nagato) and Ucon (a girl bass player cosplaying Kyonko). i'll try to answer as best as i can. hhhi64 is just a random user that take videos of musicians from japanese video website "Nico Nico Douga" and uploads them to his youtube account to show people that don't have access.

in your video there are actually several different people being shown. the first one was "Goth-Loli Hime" (with the brown atelier z bass). and the one wearing the yuki nagato outfit from Haruhi is "Tissue Hime" (and both are male. they say so in their blogs). ^-^
