Sleep you little bastard. then start singing I like pie about 20 times in a row. after that start yelling don't move about 10 times. after that get a banana pie and throw it in the guy's face. then yell get out of my house. then he should leave your house.

that is how you hypnotize someone.

Also, learn about "ideomotor responses." Wikipedia has a crap page on it, so read Derren Brown's explanation on it in "Tricks of the Mind."

It makes a cool trick in itself, but also serves as a great way to convince your target about hypnosis, and so you're already half way to hypnotising them.

Derren Brown - Tricks of the Mind is a good book to start with.

Once you have read that, just go out and practice, learn what works for you, and above all, BE CONFIDENT! Once you are confident, it will work itself, (hypnosis is about belief on the other person's part. If you don't believe in you, how can they?)

Also, personally, I don't like the "Sleep" word, or the handshake method. I just like to do it laying in presupposition, just while standing.

a few comments on saying sleep "doesnt" work. its BS kid. it does because thats one of the inductions i use. its not a simple do it now. you have to set up prior know how the person is thinking and then do the induction. make them relaxed. that is all i will say because im not going to teach the wrong people how to do this. I know with my friends i have taekn advantage of them on tape ie. taking credit cards, and showing the tape to prove it was all "back to normal" and had witnesses.

its very easy. You cant just say sleep, and expect them to sleep, they have to be in a trance. One of the easiest & convert ways to put someone into trance is using the 'confusion' method, when they subject is struggling to find meaning or explanation behind your words or actions. I find that whipping my cock out then saying "sleep" in an authoritative down-tone manner gets the results quickest.

Thats exactly right iron..... Hypnosis in itself is beneficial, Even if there is nothing done to the client while they are under. 10mins of Hypnotic sleep is equivalent to about 3hrs natural sleep. I've been hypnotized hundreds of times, and i've never experienced any negative reaction from it, Nor have I ever seen a negative reaction from the hundreds of people I have hypnotized over the years.

The only tips i can give you all, Is not to put too much effort into it. Hypnosis is a natural state, and everyone has experienced it many times before. You cannot hurt anyone with it, You cannot make anyone do anything against their will, morals or ethics. The most important thing to remember is, Without the subjects permission, Hypnosis is not possible. And remember all hypnosis is self hypnosis, the client/subject actually hypnotizes themself. The hypnotist is a guide.

Okay, first off, you have no idea how dangerous hypnosis is. And you shouldn't learn it if you're going to do it against peoples' will or just for fun. But if you do want to learn it, start with Yoga. Learn to meditate.
