The Associated Press should know better than to misinform that the largest skating rink is just opening now... the Ottawa Canal's been around for more than a century and holds the Guinness World Record.

whats sad is their emphasize on "happiness" when all the government of Mexico is covering is the external happiness, i.e. ice rink.
how about improving on the structural damages and the sanitation of your country before spending ANY money on "happiness"
