The media wanted to make him seems so weird with the animals, but if they don't know that Berry Gordy had animals at his home and this was one of Michael's first few experiences with animals when they came to California. Jermaine also have animals on this ranch as well. Michael and Janet really loved animals growing up...

@1PYThriller1 All the animals were MJ's except the tigers and leapard. Michael at one time had a snake, a couple of llamas, various birds (swans, parrots, etc), dogs, cats, monkey (Bubbles), 2 deer (Prince and Princess), and even an elephant at one point (gift from Liz Taylor). There are some other videos on youtube where he tells of all his animals. It's very sweet.
