Depends, if the singer likes girls (which I have no idea if she does - I don't care a rat's ass for the privet lives of celebrities) then the lyrics should not be changed. Same thing if it's meant as a nod to lesbians and bisexual girls.

I rather appreciate it really. Hearing a man sing out my current thought on a girl isn't too bad, but switching it to a woman doing the same just makes it that much better. A little confirmation that I don't have to be a man to moan over a girl.
