@sspeanutmom good question. actually the JUDGE have the filed briefs and gave all sides less than 1 hour for Oral arguments. When he said "tomorrow morning" he meant .... to consider OTHER cases. They might take up to a year to decide to "remand" for full jury trial, or just uphold Judge Carters erroreous "dismissal". See part 1 to see how they interrupt Mr. Kreep, and part 2 to see the respect Mrs TAITZ gets , never interrupted.

But when the State sues you for breaking the penal code or vehicle code the court never challenges the DA to show a personal injury or loss and having no 'standing'. WHY are there 3 judges ? I heard it's a Federal Court BUT I've Never seen a court with more than 1 judge. Even if it is a Fedearl Court these attorneys have already messed up. The 1st thing they should have done was verify what kind of court this is. Is it Civil, Administrative or Criminal ? Even then these judges CAN NOT make a decision on any Case due to the 11th Amendment where they CAN NO rule on Law, Equity or Controversy. The attorneys need to take this to an Administrative court.

A L.A. photog and reporter were there, but ABC, and C-span did NO interviews, and did NOT AIR it LIVE on C-Span, as we were told 3 days earlier. Just in case they did NOT, I spent my day to get there and get my own interviews and be in that Hearing Room [ #1] in Pasedena.
