All I'm saying is, be wary of an "expert in fish oil" who is also selling fish oil. Especially a guy who tries to give the illusion that he's recommending a fish oil from a separate company, when it turns out to be his own company. Why be so shady? And he started giving fish oil capsules to his kid at 6 months? What kid can take a fish oil capsule at 6 months?!

@lauramae88 You got that from a site written by a guy who happens to recommend only one product, and that happens to be the one he sells. The distillation process is performed at a low temperature, so oxidation does not occur.
@mrpainintheheinie i have read that molecular distillation is a bad technique for purifying fish oils as it changes something about the form of the oils. it's an overkill technique which makes you wonder how badly the fish oil was contaminated to start with.

buy costco brand kirkland fish oil. they use deep water sardines, anchovies and uses molecular distillation to remove PCB's and other toxins.
i use it.
