  • good info...FOR MIRROR CURLERS

  • eh try to change your diet to more fats it'll help your lift

  • Im not trying to be funny but waht is a plateau? Is it when your too weak?

  • @St33ben A plateau is when you stop making gains in strenght or size

  • i fucken love u ...your the best fucken trainer...u make everything clear and i get it

  • I've hit a plateau with bicep curls... but there isnt really an exercise i can substitute for it, a curl is a curl!! what do i do?

  • high rep low weight til you burn for a few weeks then back to big weights

  • your face has hit a plateau!

  • @rmchevybl LMFAO..that comment made for a good chuckle

  • lol so fake, he just threw the weight up at 0:54 fake weight

  • @aznboi1214 good tips though

  • thanks for that...thats answerd all my questions...thanks again.

  • i think i finally found the answer to my problem! thanks for this. i just need to apply it. i've been at a weight loss plateau for a year now.. i've lost 90 pounds on my own and need to get 30 more off.. that's not even to hit my ideal weight! i should lose 50 more, but i really think that would be crazy.. i have a LOT of muscle. just need to tone up more and lose a few more sizes. i'm just having trouble!!!

  • @finneyfaery MAKE UR LIFE EASIER DO P90X

  • rotfl.. own it already.. :0)

  • did it and i lost 20..

  • question,I do 3 sepret sets per muscle....saaaaay I was doing biceps, and I did curls, hamers, and 21s... do i change out "one" of thouse or change the WHOLE routine it self (all 3) thanks

  • That's 3 sets because you're doing 3 seperate exercises.

  • right ...i belive i said that...

  • Missread the question sorry.

I would progress to change all 3. Change 1, then a week later change the second, and another week later change the third so you have new set of 3 different exercises.

  • Well i train at home so I dont have very meny resorces available to me to change them all out...especialy chest and back....any ideas?

  • Well for chest you can do pushups, bench, dumbell presses and incline/decline variations.

Back, wide grip overhand pullups work lats. If you have something you can lie on with your arms hanging vertically downward you can do rows by pulling a barbell up.

  • push up has variations? close hand wide hand back you can go to a playground doing pull ups lol

  • search this on youtube.

    its possible guys hahahaha:

    Greg Van Hoesen Workout Video

  • ive seen people half his size rep 225. u cant always judge strenth bcuz of their build....

  • nice advice dude but that weight look fake luv the vid though

  • Look how easy that weight went up-no way that was anywhere lose to 225.

  • It went up easy because he could do it for 20 reps but only showed the first few...

  • i know this guy vince is in good shape and all, but i'm not so sure i believe he can incline bench 225lbs 20 times. 10 would be impressive given his build, 15 even more so, 20 i'm skeptical

  • YEH I WAS THINKIN THE SAME THING!

  • I've seen guys his size at my gym doing 275. Given I I haven't broken the 200 mark yet, but I still would give him the benefit of the doubt.

  • well, just a little bit more muscle enables you to lift a lot lot more.

i definitely believe it. i've seen people in my weightlifting class with the same build benching 300

  • Nice advice vince, thanks. Great always.

  • really great this video!

  • That makes sense.I might try your tip. Thx Vince!

  • thanks for the tip Vince.

  • First!
