In the former USSR1917-92 atheism/evolution was taught daycare-university. The Bible was banned&it was illegal to teach it to kids. Within months of the fall of the USSR in 92 the BIble&creationism was reintroduced back in Russian schools. The main one behind it was Olga Lutsenko&she was an atheist then. Death threats caused her to leave in 96&she lives in Canada&is a Christian now. BTWshe is on youtube&I support her work financially. I find this amazing how fast Christianity came back in Russia

Actially, I think we would be better off if nobody would highlight genders all the time. Women and Men basicly have the same brain (the male brain is slightly bigger, but that means nothing, it probably works a 1:1000 second faster or whatever) so we can do exactly the same (intelectual) work. We should not look at women/men as women/men, but generally speaking as humans. If we point out all the time that there is a gap between the genders, we enforce sexism.

What I never seem to understand is why atheists take so much time out of their lives to disprove religion to its believers. I know that there is thought put into becoming an atheist, but I mean the concept of a-theism just isn't an original thought, it's simply not believing a thought that was established. I mean when a person is born are they not atheist? A decision is made to believe in something, not to not believe in something. I know it is literally a thing, but I mean it's like saying the space in an empty cup is a thing.

People who are athiests believe in the concept of living in freedom. Some athiests may disregard god, purely because they do not want religion. It's important to realise God and religion aren't the same. God represents the astral plane behind all existence, scientifically this makes sense as it is defined by "the unknown space-the space of unanswered questions"- a dimension which science cannot explain. Athiest/Thiest itself is irrelevant, but living righteously is important.
What really needs to be put into peoples head isn't religion/god etc..... it is living righteously. And that word means a lot more then what people think. "the concept of living for others, living truthfully and honestly, training your senses to not be moved by the roller coaster of life- the ups and the downs." The concept of god helps with this, because to look at all women as representation of the divine mother, and men as heavenly fathers..our world view would be different

You're right about what you said. The problem is, that now-a-days people mostly only use religion as a "saftey blanket". Whenever they are going through hard times they'll rely on magic men/women in the sky (dieties). But, after that, they'll completely forget about religion, not puposly, it just happens. I hate to have to repeat myself, but go read Deuteronomy 13:7-12, Exodus 32:26-29, 2 Chronicles 15:12-13, Deuteronomy 13:13-19, and other such verses if you want examples of why it would be hypocritical for members of the cult of Yahweh to request "respect for other people's beliefs."

In the former USSR1917-92 atheism/evolution was taught daycare-university. The Bible was banned&it was illegal to teach it to kids. Within months of the fall of the USSR in 92 the BIble&creationism was reintroduced back in Russian schools. The main one behind it was Olga Lutsenko&she was an atheist then. Death threats caused her to leave in 96&she lives in Canada&is a Christian now. BTWshe is on youtube&I support her work financially. I find this amazing how fast Christianity came back in Russia

Actially, I think we would be better off if nobody would highlight genders all the time. Women and Men basicly have the same brain (the male brain is slightly bigger, but that means nothing, it probably works a 1:1000 second faster or whatever) so we can do exactly the same (intelectual) work. We should not look at women/men as women/men, but generally speaking as humans. If we point out all the time that there is a gap between the genders, we enforce sexism.

I know that there is thought put into becoming an atheist, but I mean the concept of a-theism just isn't an original thought, it's simply not believing a thought that was established. I mean when a person is born are they not atheist? A decision is made to believe in something, not to not believe in something. I know it is literally a thing, but I mean it's like saying the space in an empty cup is a thing.

Jeffery Dharma murdered 17 people and said the biggest contributing factor was evolutionary theory and the belief that he was not accountable to a higher being. People who are athiests believe in the concept of living in freedom. Some athiests may disregard god, purely because they do not want religion. It's important to realise God and religion aren't the same. God represents the astral plane behind all existence, scientifically this makes sense as it is defined by "the unknown space-the space of unanswered questions"- a dimension which science cannot explain. Athiest/Thiest itself is irrelevant, but living righteously is important.

Whenever they are going through hard times they'll rely on magic men/women in the sky (dieties). But, after that, they'll completely forget about religion, not puposly, it just happens. I hate to have to repeat myself, but go read Deuteronomy 13:7-12, Exodus 32:26-29, 2 Chronicles 15:12-13, Deuteronomy 13:13-19, and other such verses if you want examples of why it would be hypocritical for members of the cult of Yahweh to request "respect for other people's beliefs."
You guys don't really have a track record for doing that, I've got to say...

Of course if the systematic belief in a God or systematic disbelief in a God can be the catalyst to Judge others. Does it matter what the belief is so much as the individual who uses it to Judge? If I quote Jesus and only Jesus how am I a religion? you place me in a box does that not make you guilty with atheistic movement?
