I thought that was the definition of insanity? I am definitely moving further away from him. It is just more gradual than cold turkey. I really expect to find him dead in the very near future - I have never seen anything like this before.

after my bypass I want to jog. I used to do it every day in my high school days... I miss it. Cant wait to be able to start up again!
