All the while I am a complete advocate of meditation and have a regular practice.
Along my journey, I have often wondered if there wasn't an easier way to heal and yet, even through the pain of observing what I have created I always feel so empowered in the end to know and feel that 'it' doesn't have power over me that I am so grateful even for the pain I experienced to get there! Personal power is freedom....exhilarating and worth it!!!
Hello, I have been writing new language for metaphysics, Idependent Research, I have discovered some amazing aspects to the reasons to why we suffer in relationship to attachment of image, environment, perception
also Quantum Physics, This relates to matter energy, time, space too, I am combining all aspects to our nature to decipher what suffering is in scientific term, perhaps true pyschology as it relates to our instinctive intuitive abilities to equate logic.
My friend Anne has coined the term spiritual bypass to define all sorts of 'techniques' that will make your life perfect and take away all suffering...'enlightenment overnight' feeling modalities that you might encounter at a metaphysical fair. : ) Anyhow, yes, I have encountered that people use meditation in this way and never stop observe or are not willing to observe closely the life they are living over and over as a means to personal enlightenment.
To live blissfully one has to go beyond the mind's thinking / hinderence. Meditation is the only way which will bring that status. It is like a child like quality. Right now our mind is corrupted to think certain way, conditioned. Without meditation, it is impossible to reeach that state.
This state even happens when we laugh deeply or having orgasm. Proper meditation will clear the Mind's hindrance for us to see the reality as it is, not by the projection of the Mind.
That's a really interesting concept. basically by not being evolved and present within our lives we are killing ourselves slowly. But realistically no matter how evolved here on earth, it is not possible to live beyond a certain point. OK I'm not sure if I'm making sense.
I think meditation is medication, there are some bad ways to do it, like breaking your back-bone sitting like a Sadhu/Yogi, etc. LOL... If you can take away all the worries, tensions off your brain and focus on something and let your mine reach that higher level of concesense, then you got the meditation. Well, that was I had learned a long time ago in a Meditation school. May be I am Wrong. Glad 2 be he first commenter!
this is funny.
