If This is the case everyone in Washington State owes the State Uses Tax. So how do you Police this I just got and free wood from down the street. Do I owe USE tax. If I Do how would you know? What percentage of what DOR thinks this wood is worth would I be fined. Good Luck. Because you didn't see this transaction So I never even happened.
