Out of all the stories, and testimonies given by the veterans who were still alive, I'd have to say Charles Scheffel was the one I liked the most. I even considered writing the guy because he seems like a cool dude. I could only imagine the hell he witnessed during that war.

there is another WWII docu apocalypse world war 2 its also a great masterpiece it tells the tale of the second world war very epic

can't thank you enough for uploading these full episodes. I watched this in HD when it aired last year I agree with you that its the best wwII doc. by a long shot. and thatts all I do is watch films from this era.

@RSprtn117 i thought that it was pretty good. brought back a lot of memorys from when i was a kid. Luckily i was too young to ever have to go there but i remember watching it on the news everyday and i had some cousins that had to go and luckily they were able to make it back..........
